Overall this piece measures in as at an impressive 72"L x 20"D x 15"H(perfect size for at the foot of a King size bed) Condition is as follows/ shown: The piece does need restoration. The fabric is in deplorable condition as shown. The walnut base I believe it's walnut, very dark brown color) is rock solid and void of breaks, repairs etc.There is some wear to the finish as shown in the photos. Up for sale is this antique PRIE DIEU ARTS AND CRAFTS STYLE CHURCH PRAYER KNEELER This kneeler has a slanted top with a cubby hole below the top to store a bible. The kneeler is ornate. It measures 22"W X 34"H X 18"D. The top is 22" x 6 1/4" This kneeler appears to be arts and crafts period. The front corners of the kneeler piece looks like it was sanded down and there are two cracks in the wood of the kneeler piece. Neither seems like it compromises the integrity of the kneeler. There is some minor cracks in the wood on the sides as well from obvious age. The upright sides are a little loose where it meets the base as well, but holding together fine. This kneeler is very old and shows signs of use and wear as can be expected.

Looks like a leather or faux leather upholstery. scuffs and marks in the wood from use and age. There is damage underneath to one side of the wood- I am included a picture of this. Beautiful old bench. The top is one solid pine board. With cut fret notches all around. This bench is sturdy and sound, and totally unique. All wear is commensurate with age, there is no abuse, looks just as it should. I love the ornate legs. And although there is great detail to the legs, there is a simplicity in the design of them, they are very pleasing to the eye. The legs are heavy cast iron. The bench measures 15" front to back. 33" across, and 17" high. It is quite heavy. This belonged to my aunt and uncle who had a house full of Arts and Crafts furniture and accessories. I never appreciated all the things they had until I was much older. I don't know the origin of this great little bench. Up for consideration is a fine Antique Arts Crafts interlocking Scissor folding bench or chair. It measures 15 inches tall by 15 1/2 deep by.tall. The piece dates from about 1900 or about the turn of the century. It is of a historical nature.of which was shown in Egyptian Renaissance and in the in Arts of Crafts era also. The piece has strategically shaped rods which pierce the slats holding them together much like a rivet holds a pair of scissors together. Yes the same family as"Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway" and because of this metal tag dates to around the 1920s. You will not believe the condition, all 100% original, is as tight as the day it was made, not repairs, broken or replaced parts. This piece has never been refinsihed, its original warms brown color will go with anything.The arms have these Shaker like,large mushroom caps at the front of the arms, the splats along the back are very comfortable against the back.
