You are bidding on an authentic vintage adjustable piano stool. It is solid oak. It has lizard claw feet with scales and glass balls. I believe the lizard claw feet are solid brass but do not know for sure. The seat edge and the legs are carved as shown in the pictures. It is in quite good condition consistent with its approximately 100 year age. The wood is very solid. There are no scratches or gouges. There is one area on the central stem where the stain has been rubbed off and could use a touch-up. You can see it in picture number 2. Also. The legs need to be re-glued where they fit into the central stem as they are loose. The seat could use some polishing- see picture number 3. Antique WW II Leather CAMEL SADDLE seat FOOT STOOL
This is an antique camel saddle that could be used as a footstool. The leather cushion is old and shows wear and has tears and cracks on seat. Leather cushion lifts off and has scuffs. The cushion measures approx 18" x 15" This entire piece measures approx 15" high( to the top of the caps) And 23" long and weighs about 7 to 8 pounds. The wood seems to be in good condition- solid, no cracks found and not sure what type of wood. Some scratches and scuffs on wood, as with age. The brass has patina and shows age- dented and scratched, typical for an old antique item. One brass stump cover missing and is taped with a white woven tape- as shown. P&H MINING ANTIQUE STOOL TABLE TRIPOD BASE MACHINE AGE CAST IRON INDUSTRIAL
Untitled Document This antique Machine Age industrial tripod base was manufactured by Pawling& Harnischfeger/ P&H Mining Equipment. And looks like some sort of base for a stool or table top. One side is flat with pre-drilled mounting holes that are spaced 8.5 inches apart, the other is finished with a pointed edge. It measures 15 inches tall and is made of heavy cast iron. It was probably black once and painted a glossy white sometime in the past. P&H made cranes and excavators, but they also manufactured industrial components for brick makers, beer brewers, textile companies, etc, so we really don't know where to begin when it comes to identifying this piece. It is embossed only with"P&H Design Pat" and"Pats Pend" so we can't even look up the original patent document to get an idea of what it's ... moreoriginal intended purpose was. This charming Antique Victorian Wooden Milking Stool dates to around 1900 or thereabouts. It stands approximately 6 inches high and the top measures approximately 10x3.75x1 inches. The Stool is in lovely vintage condition. With some signs of wear commensurate with age and use. This includes expected imperfections such as dents. Scuffs, minor cracks and chips etc, but all of these add to its rustic charm and are not unsightly in my opinion. The Stool weighs approximately 442 grams. Any other signs of wear are commensurate with age and use. It is suitable as a stool. A step or for display. There is movement to the leg on one side.

Antique prayer or kneeling stool
Oak stool. Standing 25 inches tall approx with a slightly sloping buttoned velvet top surface. Ideally, this needs replacing although what is there is original by all accounts and should clean up. This is in good condition apart from a damage to the front top lower edge. My joiner says that it is an"easy repair" This piece has not been tarted up in any way and would respond well to some simple TLC. This is a heavy item(6kg without any packaging) hence the P&P costs. It is made of solid maple that is stained walnut. It has metal claw and clear glass ball feet. The glass balls are not cracked and the legs and base are ornately turned. What appears to be the original seat has been covered with padding and vintage toile floral cloth. The cloth is not ripped or torn. The metal support plate attaching the seat to the adjustment screw has been placed with a 5-1/2" x 5-1/2" x 1/4" steel plate to provide ultimate reinforcement. There is some light wear and scratches from use on the wood. The seat is adjustable in height and has a large steel screw and shaft in the center which works pefectly. Crafted during the mid-to-late 19th Century. It is a wonderful upholstered antique foot stool with a pale red damask upholstery with golden edging tucked over the sides, the apron of the stool a serpentine form with subtle molding that culminates at each center with a five-petal floral motif flanked by outflowing foliage. The stool rests over four cabriole legs with simply gorgeous and very precise carving from the knee to the toe. The surface of the antique french foot stool appears to be untouched and original. With a distressed finish of gilt on gesso with painted highlights, giving the antique foot stool incredible charm and character. Probably crafted during the years of 1890-1910 during the height of the Rococo Revival period. It is a crisply executed piece. An overall breezy design, leveraging the play of the thin profile and tight formal lines against the bold and deep carvings along the hands and arms, it is a very successful presentation. The arms are molded, carved scales carefully layered along the top to culminate in carved acanthus handholds on all four corners, these are lifted on supports that flow in a single piece of wood from the handhold to the toe. Falling directly ... morebeneath each handhold is a floral display of bold and crisp execution, this flowing into a plain molded stile that squares at the frame, then turns and tapers in a stop-fluted leg terminating in a conical-ball foot.
