NICE VINTAGE ORIGINAL WALL SCONCE W/HOLOPHANE SHADE CA. 1900
This nice small brass wall bracket has it's original marked"Holophane" glass shade. Brass"bell-type" 2 1/4 in. shade holder and"paddle-key" socket. All original in as found good used condition. Needs wired. Glass shade has no breaks or cracks. Brass has age darkened areas. Metal straight. Measures approx. 7 in. out from wall with a 3 1/8 in. diameter mounting rosette. Shade measures approx. 6 in. across bottom edge. Nice early bracket and shade.

2 Matching Vintage Wall Hung Art Deco Bathroom Light Sconce Lamp Fixtures, Works
DESCRIPTION: A vintage pair of matching Art Deco. Sconce style, wall hung bathroom light fixtures. They are 100% Complete, 100% Original, 100% Operational! I do not know the age, but am guessing circa 1930's. They both have a round bakelight switch at their base which allows for individual control of the lights aside from any wall switch to which it may be connected. The glass cylinder"chimneys" are large enough to accomodate regular size incandescent bulbs(I photographed one of them with a 60W bulb to demonstrate it's luminescence) The sconces appear to be nickel plated. A magnet will stick to them and the plating is thick. But please note that I am not a metallurgist. There are several design indentations located at several places on each sconce, in which it offers a textured surface that is in contrast to the super sleek ... moreshine of the majority of the surface area. The chimneys are a white milk colored glass(NOT frosted) and are evenly shaped cylinders. Important dimensions: Total Height = 8 1/2 inches. Chimney Height = 5 inches. Chimney Diameter 2 3/4 inches. Sconce Height(at the wall) 6 inches. Sconce Width(at the wall) 3 7/8 inches. Mounting Bracket = 3 3/4 inches Long. CONDITION: These matching fixtures are 100% operational. The condition of the electronics. Except for the wiring, is excellent for its age. I tested lights and switches on both lamps, and they performed perfectly. The sockets are in great shape. While the sconces probably can be polished, they are in excellent overall condition, with no flaws. The chimneys are similarly pristine, no cracks or chips. They are specifically made to be hanged on the wall and used as decorative shelves. 7 1/2 inches high, 9 inches wide at the widest part of the top and 5 inches deep at the deepest part of the top. Dark gray in color, each piece weighs just under 2 lbs. Not exactly sure what they're made of, my guess would be some sort of painted plastic. Very cool looking mid century light. Measures 9" x 9" and sticks out about 5.5" from the wall. The circle part on the back that connects to the wall fixture measures 5" in diameter. VINTAGE GOTHIC WOOD & CHAIN LINK WALL SCONCE CANDELABRA - DUNGEON, MAN CAVE...?
This is an estate find that contained primarily 1950's era items. It appears to be hand-hewn of a dark wood and chain links. The three chain"suspended" candle holder cups also look to be hand carved of the same dark wood-not really safe for burning candles however. The three lengths of chains suspending the candle holders are attached to the sconce with a very old looking. Square-toped nail whose point is triangular and roughly pounded into the wood base. The whole thing looks very dark. It measures 16"H x 7"D x 7" W-width was measured from the edges of the candle holder cups. The base board is 1" thick. And the candle holder cups at the top are 2" square. This is a very unusual and dungeon-like piece!

The vines/branches and leaves are gilded iron tole with ivory/white porcelain roses in full bloom. Each sconce features 7 porcelain roses. The sconces are quite grand in size and measure 29" tall. They have ornate wall plates of gilded bronze or brass with a flower petal design surrounded with a beaded pattern. Long arms extend the sconces out from the wall for an even grander effect. The sconces operate with one regular sized, 60 watt bulb(not the small candelabra type bulbs) Each sconce retains their original harp and finial. The finials are also porcelain roses. We are pleased to offer this exceptional. Antique, Art Deco era, French Empire style, tole sconce. This uniquely designed sconce is black with silver painted laurel swags and ribbons. The sconce features a painted back wall plate. Two chrome arms attach to the lower section of the wall plate then curve upward and outward. The arms have pierced chrome sockets and smooth bobeches. They each house an old, frost to clear glass shade which features grape vine detailing and ruffled top. The sconce has a small urn located at the top of the wall plate. Out of this urn extend two arched vines with curled ends. There are two black tole shades, again with silver laurel and ribbon design, that attach to the upper vines. When attached, the tole shades overhang the glass shades. This is a very unique design and is quite striking. The sconce is beautiful. ... moreThere is an on/off switch located at the bottom of the wall plate. The switch features a notched, Art Deco pattern. The sconce is in very good, antique condition. There is only very minor wear to the black and silver paint. The white interior of the tole shades have some wear to their painted finish but, when attached, you can't see inside them. There are no dents, etc. to the tole. The glass shades are in very good condition as well. The only issue seems to be that the shades are either permanently mounted or someone has glued them to the sockets. They won't budge(To be honest, I didn't force the issue as I did not want to break the glass) The sconce retains the original cloth wiring which is in good condition. There is an old yellow UL sticker and a blue Union sticker on the back of the wall plate. The sconce measures 15" tall x 10.5" wide. It extends 5" from the wall. This is a vintage double wall sconce. Brushed gold finish. Very nice condition with some minor scuffs and scrapes on the outside brushed gold surface. This is a wall mount fixture that mounts over an existing electrical box. The fixture has a 3 way push button switch which allows you to operate the left. Right or both fixtures at the same time. Each bell is adjustable and has a locking nut to hold the position you wish to have. Each metal bell shade has 140 pin holes which allows a low level of light to wash on the wall or whatever is in the area. Very nice accent to your room. SYROCO HOMCO HOLLYWOOD REGENCY CRYSTAL CANDLE WALL SCONCE HURRICANE SHADE 23"
This listing is for a Syroco. 1975, wall candle sconce with crystals and glass shade. This is a very nice Syroco piece with lots of ornate detailing. The wall sconce is French inspired. There is a central long arm for the candle holder. Behind the candle section, the sconce is recessed in a large oval(highlights the hurricane shade) The oval is bordered with a beaded pattern. The balance of the sconce is patterned in a faux hammered brass look. There are two small applied rose bouquets, one on the top and the other on the bottom. The candle holder is in the form of a large flower. It houses 6 udrop crystals(not acrylic) The original hurricane glass shade is also included. The sconce is stamped and dated on the back. The sconce measures 23" tall. It is 11" wide at the widest section. It extends from the wall 8" The hurricane ... moreshade is 8.5" tall and 4.25" wide at the top.
