There are also 3 slightly ... morelarger pavers from the same site included. These beautiful antique bricks have some pinks. Reds, orange and purples in the clay they made them with that still show nicely. North central Piedmont NC made brick, possibly hand made, no stamped name. These brick would make great accent pavers to a walkway or landscape project with other masonry products. They are approx. 8"x4"x2.5" and weigh about 5 lbs. each. The 4x8 surfaces are clean and I removed almost all the mortar also. Some of the tar from the flashing still shows on some of the 2.5x8 sides and white paint, not really visible in a paver application. They are on a small pallet and ready to go. The last picture shows the additional bricks I added to the side of the pallet. Free local pick up or making other shipping arrangements(try U-Ship) With the pallet they weigh approx. 390 lbs. For sale 2 Art Deco Clay Brick Pavers. These are high quality clay pavers They weigh slightly over 7lbs each and measure 8" long by 4" wide by 2 3/4" tall. They are reclaimed and 90-100 years old and show slight signs of wear on them with possible minor chips. These pavers were originally used as street pavers and may show signs of darkening due to exhaust/oil which adds to the history of these unique pavers. Manufactured in Caney. Kansas. The pavers in the picture are samples of what you will be receiving and the actually pavers mailed my vary in coloration and condition but will not contain major chips.

Approximately 350 antique used bricks. Bricks came from location of old brick and tile yard in Mazon. Illinois. Many manufacturing flaws including sugar loafing, lime inclusions, overfire, and some defects from being in the ground. Some are fire brick. These are not pavers, they were architectural brick, but not good enough to be on the outside of walls due to their irregularities. ANTIQUE BRICKS FROM NEW YORK CITY
These bricks came from 47& 49 Third Avenue in New York City. The buildings were built circa 1838 and were demolished in 2001. The site was a continuously operating apothecary and pharmacy and later a medical laboratory. It operated on this site for 157 years. These bricks were from the original earlier portions of the site. I personally removed these and later era bricks from the demolition site as the building was coming down. Having worked at the site for 36 years. I saved them as momentos. It would be great if they could get a good home to aficionados of construction materials. The bricks measure approximately 7.75" X 3.5" X 2.5" See my other auction for a set of two later era bricks from the same site.

7 antique TIFFANY glazed white subway or fireplace tile bricks (circa 1902)
These bricks came from an estate outside of Boston. The dimensions of the bricks are approximately 12’ x 4¼” x 2 ¼” The outside finish is a white glaze or enamel. On the back of each brick is printed“TIFFANY” with the‘N’ reversed) andthe date of manufacture. Three of the bricks are dated 6-05-02. Two of the bricks are dated 7-05-02, and one of the bricks has the date 8-05-02. The year was 1902. As you can see from the pictures. The bricks are not in perfect condition, but for something that is 111 years old, are in remarkable shape. I was told by a dealer at the estate sale that Tiffany is highly desirable. That they are used to decorate fireplaces, but they are now repurposed in other ways, and that they fetch $75 each in the condition they are in($75 x7 = $525) That seemed surprisingly high to me. Antique solid bricks-425, many with firing flaws, 40 cents/brick, Mazon Ill.
425 antique used bricks. Bricks came from location of old brick and tile yard in Mazon. Illinois. Many manufacturing flaws including sugar loafing, lime inclusions, overfire, and some defects from being in the ground. Some are fire brick. These were not pavers, most were architectural brick, but originally were not good enough to be on the outside of walls due to their irregularities. They were faced with some sort of bright orange brick that has completely deteriorated. The fire brick came from the kilns. Please read description completely. Magnify pictures& ask questions if needed This is a 1 7/8" abm clear ink bottle with full wrap around label. HIGGINS WATERPROOF BRICK RED INK. the red brick bridge& silver bushes) The bottle is in excellent condition. no chips or cracks. the label is aged with some minor stains but is complete. remnants of the dried red ink remain in the bottle. I personally like the old original contents in a bottle but I sure you can readily remove it if you like. The base is embossed HIGGINS INKS.BROOKLYN N.Y. I think you can acquire a really nice set of these with numerous scenes with a little bit of patience.I wonder how many different ones there are? These are harder to find than the scenic Carters inks. I think these are an earlier vintage. although collecting any of the scenic inks( any brand) would ... moremake a really neat collection.
