Vintage American Standard Ceramic Sink in great condition. There are no chips or cracks. Also have the 2 chrome plated stilt legs. Check all of the photos. This came out of a house built in 1937. The sink is a pinkish beige color. The handles and faucet are corroded and need cleaning. There are some stains on the sink that also need cleaning. This is an antique porcelain soap dish. Which is marked Czechoslovakia. It has a nickle plated copper fitting affixed to it's base, which has a serrated spline fitting, as a faucet handle would. It is made of heavy ceramic porcelain and measures approximately 4 inches wide by 5-3/4 inches long by 2-1/2 inches high. It has been used, and the condition is good, for it's age. See photos. I have a pair of early New England sink faucets for your consideration. These come to you in reusable condition although will need new rubber or composite valve seat rings. One of the stem caps is also missing a rubber ring and both should be replaced. One of the handles was missing when these were found and the other is damaged. I am including the damaged handle so you know what you are looking for if you plan on finding replacement handles. Other wise you could either fabricate or find others to fit that will work. valve stems spin nicely and all comes apart as well for repair. I feel that these are worth the effort since they are a fabulous early design and are a heavy quality red brass manufacture. Much of the original nickel chrome is worn a way adding to there appeal. This listing is for an antique kitchen enamelware. Enamel ware, graniteware sink dish drainer board. I have collected antiques and collectables for 40 years and have never seen another. I have recently moved and this doesn’t work in my new home, so I am listing it. Its large, rather oversized, 26 ½ inches long, by approx. 17 ½ inches wide, approx. 1 ½ inches tall. Its heavy, approx. 8 lbs, so shipping will be expensive, and reflected in the buy it now price. At my prior home I had it next to the sink 24/7. One; its great presentation piece: two its heavy, and three: if you’re going to stowe it after each use make sure you have somewhere convien to store it. It is oversized comparatively so might not fit under some sinks. I have always wondered what the original setting that it was intended for; perhaps a school, or a church, ... morelarge home, some type of old industrial setting? Any knowledge would be appreciated. I don't know where it was manufactured, the only marking on it is the stamped number 321.1. As you can see from the photos, it has two blemishes, or chips from the porcelain. It's as if a heavy pot or pan were dropped twice upon it. I have placed felt pads on the bottom, one to protect the counter, and two to have the end of it raised so it will drain water properly. These will need be replaced. Alternatively it could be used for orchids or plants of some type. Standard Sink in classic pastel pink! Includes mounting plates. Porcelain toilet paper holder, shower/ bath tub soap dish, and a wall soap dish. Beautiful artistic 1950's design with a shelf back and integrated porcelain faucet. This sink was in an early 1950's home that was in the process of demolition. I managed to save a 1951 Crane Drexel sink and accessories from one bathroom and this beautiful Standard sink in the other bathroom. There is some pitting on the chrome handles and the legs. The porcelain is in excellent condition with only a 1/4" nick on the right side of the bowl(surface nick) and a 1/8" nick on the inside of the bowl. Both are nominal blemishes with no impact to the overall condition of the sink. It measures 22" wide and 18" from the front lip to the wall. Integrated spout. Faucet handles turn ... morenicely. Vintage Mint GREEN Porcelain Iron Kohler FARM HOUSE Bib Drainboard Kitchen Sink
ITEM DESCRIPTION: Rare original antique/vintage porcelain over cast iron jadeite or mint GREEN Kohler Farmhouse bib-style kitchen sink with drainboard. Also back-mount faucet. And two Standard mounting brackets are included in the purchase price. CONDITION: Sink: Good vintage condition. No major chips or cracks in the porcelain. Minor chips due appear at various areas at the bottom of the sink. But are very small and only add to the authenticity of this great sink. Some light rust stains DO APPEAR on the drainboard. and the buyer may want to add an additional clear coat to the sink to increase the gloss of the sink. From years of use. The luster of the sink has dulled slightly and an added clear coat wold further help protect the sink from additional dulling and chipping. Faucet: The back-mount faucet is in good vintage/working condition ... moreand fits the sink fine. However the round flange plate pieces which cover the extra space between the faucet and the sink holes have been lost and ARE NOT included with the sink, but can be purchased at any hardware store. Some scratches in the top chrome coating are present. Also the internal pieces of the aerator ARE ABSENT. But are also available for purchase at your local hardware store as is standard procedure when buying a used sink. Mounting Brackets: The Standard mounting brackets are the same size and both manufactured by Standard Plumbing. But DO NOT match. Although they function almost exactly the same, each bracket if from a different era. When they are placed one on top of the other, the mounting hole do match up, however one bracket has more mounting holes than the other. This however doesn't affect the functionality of the brackets. Also some very minor surface rust do appear on the brackets, but is easily cleaned and has not affected the strength of the cast iron. Additional Parts. Pieces, Hardware: Besides the brackets. Nice old vintage stainless steel industrial restaurant kitchen sink with double basins and double drainboards. This sink has a few scratches and minor dents. There are also some minor rust and blemish spots. The basins were originally welded to the top. The welds have broke and the basins are separating from the top. They would need to be repaired before use. This separation can be seen in the pictures. Overall this sink is in good condition and would be worth the cost of repair. We have touched in these chips with bin primer to prevent rust stains and further rusting. Vintage Puro Filter of Illinois Porcelain Drinking Water Fountain Sink Reclaimed
VINTAGE ART DECO STYLED WALL MOUNTED PORCELAIN WATER DRINKING FOUNTAIN/ SINK WITH PUSH-BUTTON FAUCET AND ATTACHED FITTINGS, DISTRIBUTED BY PURO FILTERED WATER CORP OF ILLINOIS, CHICAGO. ILLINOIS USA This beautiful piece was recently reclaimed from a 100 year old West side Chicago warehouse that was demolished in fall of 2013. That was once located near Western and Chicago Avenues. The building sat vacant for over 10 years and this was removed from their kitchen/ locker room. I correctly believe this fountain/ sink was originally distributed by Puro Filter Corp. Hence the label on the top, and came with an inline filter. When found, it was directly attached to water lines with no filter. It is in great original. As-found condition. There are no major issues, no chips, no cracks. Does show light wear, such as over paint on the sides from someone ... morepainting the wall, and tarnish and calcium build up on the drain and faucet. Faucet is a push button style. It has NOT been tested. There is tarnish in the faucet, so if you choose to use it, you will have to correctly sanitize it or replace with your own faucet. Comes with the as-pictured and attached original fittings. Overall it measures 11" wide x 11-1/2" deep x 5" tall. There are 3 mounting holes on the back to mount to a wall. Only mark I can find besides the Puro label is a stamp in the back that reads 146. A fantastic. Original period piece! Would be perfect to mount somewhere in your vintage home to match décor and style, your man-cave, garage, basement, outside backyard deck area, or your place of business such as a bar, restaurant, or night club! Paint is very strong and not faded. Some minor wear. A few dings and scratches. Cardboard back is intact and very good. No broken plastic parts. All stickers are intact and strong, one across the top does have a crease. Still very sturdy, was hardly played with. These are very fragile and hard to find this nice.
