The globes are 5-1/4" tall and the chains measure 8-1/2" long. The globes feature a delicate floral pattern. Measuring 13” tall by 17” diameter this vintage ... moreRetro Hanging Lamp is made with a white wire frame and accented with thirty, 3” by 6” panels of colorful clear Lucite or Acrylic plastic. After looking closely at these panels we found that they are all perfect with the exception of one. Which has a small chip where it attaches to the wire frame, but that is it! A vintage porch light fixture made of copper( a magnet does not stick to it) with an unique glass design. The part that goes against the wall is apr. 4 inches in diameter. The light will extend out from the wall apr. 5 inches to the very front edge. The overall height is apr. 8 1/2 inches. The copper part may have some light dings in it. Nothing that caught our attention. The glass shade has several light flakes/ chips on the bottom edge. The chips or flakes do not affect the appearance, they are probably from when the bulb was changed and the base of the bulb came in contact with the glass edge. The wiring has not been tested. 1930's Vintage Antique Ship Steering Wheel Light Fixture - Brass/Pewter
This auction is for a Vintage/Antique brass/pewter metal 1930's lighting fixture. This fixture is an original from our home that was built in the early 1930's. The measurement of the fixture is approximately 12" x 7" I do not know much about this light fixture other than it was an original fixture. The fixture appears to be brass and some sort of pewter(the ship steering wheel. The light bulb domes are made of a frosted glass. There are star"cut outs" in the brass part of the fixture that are attached to the glass domes. The glass domes are in good shape. No cracks or broken glass. The brass needs a good polishing, and the wiring is the old knob and tube wiring, so it would need to be rewired. Vintage Art Deco Hanging Ceiling Chandelier Pendant Dining Light Fixture~Unique!
Here is a really uniquely designed Antique Hanging Ceiling Light Fixture. Definitely one of my favorites! This fixture is from 30's or 40's and is a cream color with chrome accents. It hangs from a ceiling medallion and also has a cream rod between. Measures approx. 15" in diameter and 13" to the top of the rod. There is an additional 15" to the top of the ceiling plate. You can add more or less chain as desired. Still has the cloth wire so it will need to be rewired. It looks like a fairly simple fixture to rewire. You will find tiny chips along the interior of the glass(doesn't show once placed inside) You will also find a few spots of paint that has rubbed off along the edge. Not too bad for such an old fixture in original condition. This could very easily be repainted any color or left for that vintage appeal. ... moreI have tried to fully explain the condition of this piece, but please ask for more photos, or contact me with any questions/concerns you may have.
