Antique Victorian porcelain door knob set with Beautiful Metal Back Plates. Keyholes. Size: tip to tip- 5 3/4" Knob- 2 1/4" x 1" thick, back plates- 6 1/2" long x 1 7?8" wide x 1/8" thick, keyholes- 3/4" long x 5/16" wide. 4 original screws. Condition:METAL- there is rust on the metal shaft. Back plates, chippy paint, patina, KNOBS-Small Scratches,small chips,yet still beautiful. See the pictures, they are in good shape for circa 1905. The set consists of 2 brass knobs, 2 stamped brass escutcheons, 1 steel mortise lock with a brass faceplate, 2 working keys, 1 brass strike plate for the door jamb, and 1 split spindle with 2 setscrews to connect the knobs. All brass parts are solid brass, not plated iron. We found the set with a nice. Original, patina, which we didn't want to disturb. There are a few spots of white paint, and some paint along the edges of the lock faceplate, strike plate, and exterior escutcheon. If you prefer your hardware bright and shiny or at least with a uniform finish, we could clean and polish the set prior to shipping for an additional $25-email us after the ... moreauction if you're interested. The knobs have a few. Very subtle dents, as does the lock faceplate. Otherwise, all parts just have the tiny nicks and light scratches that you would expect to find on old, used hardware. However, there are no breaks, deep scratches, gouges, or cracks. About the lock: The lock is reversible and could accommodate the swing of any door. The buttons on the lock faceplate control a function. Which disables/enables the exterior knob from turning. Once the bottom button is depressed, the exterior knob will not turn, and the upper latch will remain extended, in the locked position. In essence, the upper latch acts as a deadbolt and provides an extra level of security from anyone on the outside of the door. Once the exterior knob is frozen, and the door is shut, the only way to retract the upper latch is by using the key for the top keyhole, or by turning the interior knob. This is a very convenient feature for the person inside of the house/room. No more locking and unlocking to let someone in. Simply turn the knob, open the door, let someone in, close the door and it's already locked. To disable the auto-lock feature, simply push the top button.

It is between 2.25 and 2.50" at its widest point. I'm not sure what you call the metal hardware. 2) One green multi-faceted glass door knob. It is the smaller of the two. It is about 2" or just under 2" at its widest point. Condition: Good condition. Appears unused. I didn't dust them before taking a photo. They clean up nicely. Shipping: With the wooden stand. Lot of 6 Vintage Mid-Century Drawer Knob Pulls with Copper Finish of Brass. Round tulip shape, with concave“dish” tops. They are not“perfect” but are true mid-century modern items from the 1950s to 60s. The finish is“satin” but has some wear. Marks and grime from use and age. Kwikset Interior Brass Lever Door Knobs - Handles -- Set of 10
I changed out all the interior door knobs in my house to oil rubbed bronze. So up for auction here are all the old interior door handles, which are brass or shiny gold in color, I believe they are all Kwikset brand, they all worked just fine, I merely swapped them out just to change the color. All the hardware and screws and even the paper directions are included in the baggie. There are 10 sets all together; 2 are"dummies" which means they are handles for the outside of the door only, not the interior. 5 are sets with"locks" twist style, not keyed) for bedroom or bathroom doors) two are non-locking(closet or a pantry) and one is not a lever like the others, but is a regular round door knob, with one side gold and the other side silver- which was for a bathroom where the exterior of the door got the gold side, to match ... moreall the others, but the interior was silver to match the chrome fixtures) They are used and some may have a little paint on them, but easy enough to scrape off rather than buying new and paying $20/set or more. Brass is coming back into fashion again, and this is a classy looking style with the lever handles. This is a heavy package, but it should fit in a large priority mail box so shipping will be the flat rate charge of about $17. These are interior house door knobs only, not for exterior.

Large Lot of Assorted Antique Glass Door Knobs Pretty + Parts
Eight pretty vintage glass door knobs without stems. 6 have the screws. 6 have stems and 3 stems for closets. They are in good condition. No cracks. Etc.
