There are three"hairpins" or hoops between the side bars. There is a horizontal a curved support bar below the hoops and a horizontal straight bar at the bottom of the gate. There are two support bars in the shape of an"X" with a metal flower medallion in the center. There are two brackets on one side complete with a thick and heavy gate post. Some extra pieces of Vintage accessories for a Japanese Miniature Garden which I have just found and had been part of my Great Aunt's collection. This is a large varied collection of Pottery Houses. Including a perspective street of houses, some Altars, Lamps and small Arch. Quite basic modelling but as far as I can tell without damage, although please be aware that there might be some tiny nicks I have missed. Most of the houses, apart from those in the front have got a forced perspective shape. See top photo. As I've said before, these were all brought back to the UK in the 1920s. Varying sizes, I have put a 1p coin in the front to give an indication of size. Size Guide: The two houses at the back, about the largest there, with a cutback on the right of the roof, are 5.5cms wide X 3cms deep X 3.25cms high. Offered here is this fantastic antique hand pieced and hand quilted grandmother’s garden quilt. The diamond shaped flower beds are composed of all cotton fabrics in a blend of calico pattern’s and solid colors. They are surrounded by natural garden paths. There is a backing of floral blue cotton. We believe the top to be late 19th century. And the backing to be a later addition in the 1930s. George and then another name that I can't quite make out( see photo) I do not know the exact age- but I am guessing around 1910- 1920? Antique Old Japanese Lava Rock Stone Garden Lantern Light
Probably the hardest piece in my collection to give up. This Lantern was purchased over 20 years ago from a Scottsdale.AZ estate. It is comprised of different types of Lava rock in slightly different colors(photos do not show this) from the various island of Japan(verified) All hand carved and quite beautiful. I added a light fixture that is only placed in the lantern so the lantern is still original. It comes apart into 6 pieces like a puzzle fitting into notched grooves. Overall in very good condition and has held up beautifly over time with sharp corners and edges still. A piece of a corner had been chipped off a long time ago( which I imagine from the age of the Estate was in the early 1900's) Being stone no idea of actual age so could be older. Some sections are very heavy in the 50 lb plus range. overall about 150 to 225 lbs rough ... moreguess. So local pickup only. Bring plenty of blankets for wrapping. 59" by 20" by 20" sounds small but this lantern is a lot larger than it seems.

This duster was born at the end of the 19th Century. The brass plaque is embossed Little Giant Duster-patent dated from 1894-1896. Leccett& Brother, New York, NY. The dimensions are as follows-20" long, 5-1/2" wide not including the wood handle, 9-1/2" tall. To operate this duster it appears to me that whatever substance you are using would be put into the can shaped section; then you crank the handle which creates an air stream blowing the substance out the front nozzle.
