This pattern, Flowers" is shown in the RRP reference book and was made from an original Weller Pottery mold that was purchased when that company closed. Includes the Jardinere and the matching stand. In very good vintage condition. No chips or cracks, just a couple of glazing flaws from the manufactoring process. No other defects noted. The bottom of the pot reads"R.R.P.Co. Roseville Ohio, No-421, U.S.A. Stand is 14" tall. Jardinere is about 8" tall and 9.25" across the top Information on RRP Co. of Roseville. Ohio The Robinson Ransbottom Pottery began operation in 1900. Its founders had close ties with the world famous Weller and Roseville Potteries. During the late 1890's. Frank Ransbottom was one of the area's best known and most successful jobbers of the stoneware and earthenware products made in Roseville, Crooksville and Saltillo. The young Mr. Ransbottom, was born in 1872, started selling at an early age and succeeded so quickly that he formed his own company to distribute products made by both the small and large potteries of the area. ANTIQUE OLD WROUGHT IRON CEMENT TOP GARDEN PATIO TABLE STAND MID CENTURY
this cute antique old wrought iron base with cement top garden/patio table stand was originally found stored away in a barn and I would date it to mid century. I just briefly cleaned it but it could use a much better cleaning. it measures 29 1/2' high and the base is 24' square and the tip is 18' in diameter. its in excellent condition for its age with no damages. the top is not permanently fixed to the base but that could easily be done with screws or a construction glue if desired. this would have a shop value of hundreds. So its priced now to move. pick up would be preferred but I would ship if needed. This is a super rare antique Victorian cast iron sink that was made for a garden. I have never seen a cast iron garden sink and it is quite unique and impressive when seen in person. It measures 29 inches in height. The top is 24 inches in length and 19 inches in depth. The sink has an enamel surface that has some obvious nicks and wear to the enamel from use over the years. It has the original soap holder and some other type of ring holder on the other side. The paint is an old green and appears to be the original paint when it was made. I could not find any makers mark or date on it but it is definitely American ... moremade from the late 1800s. There is no damage or repairs to the cast iron. I tried to find another one like this sink and i could not find one being sold or for sale anyhwere so it is a pretty rare piece of Americana. This quilt is likely from the 1930s. Since the colors and print fabrics are from the era. It is about 64" x 77" overall in good strong condition. There are a few places where a permanent marker left some dots, and one close picture shows an H on one square, I did not attempt to clean. It is machine assembled, hand quilted with nice even stiches in interesting patterns along the sashing, medium weight cotton batting. Only other wear to mention is that the black threads used to do some of the accent stitching on the butterflies is disappearing, but could easily be redone if desired, sweet calico binding edge, no holes or signs of wear. A colorful quilt that would look cute in a girls room, guest bedroom, great for keeping warm, too! My recent estate finds include quality collectibles and antiques. Especially to the pink fabric. I love the beautiful stitching on this, and can't bear to think of it as a cutter. It still looks very nice for display. It is made of thick, heavy stone and is mounted on a metal piece which is mounted on a stone stand. There is a textured cut pattern around the edges. The stand allows is to be displayed inside or out so it can work as a primitive garden piece or piece of modern architectural art. In good antique condition. Solid and sturdy, no cracks. About 15 years ago my husband and I tore out a walkway next to our 200 year old home and discovered it was made of mostly"Pray" bricks. I found we have a few left and even though they aren't in the greatest of condition. I thought someone might find them interesting to add to a fireplace project or to put in the garden. They vary in condition from average to fair. One seems to have an impression on the back of 3 finger tips. The cheapest way to ship them is a large, flat rate, priority box. My treasure-trove of memories for you. Josephine Day Mickelson Lovely antique Grandmother's Flower Garden quilt measuring 75" x 74" 100% cotton. Made with all of those wonderful colors& prints from the 1930's& 40's. It's in excellent condition with no rips, tears or holes, no fraying& no stains. Just about every color you can think of is in this pretty quilt from pinks& purples to blues& greens, oranges, yellows& golds in calico& small floral prints. every 1 3/4" hexagon piece was pieced completely by hand. Each"flower" is separated by white hexagon"paths" along ... morewith 4 green hexagons in between. Each hexagon is quilted around the inside in like shape with small, tight& neat stitches, 9 spi. It's crisp& sturdy; I just laundered it by hand so it comes to you in clean, odor-free condition. Please take a look at the other quilts I have listed. I'm happy to combine shipping costs for you.
