Antique Victorian Key Hole Plates Door Lock Hardware Salvage
This is a set of victorian era key hole covers that has ornate skeleton key cover plates on both sides. The other side for one is missing the round rosette and the locking cartridge on other. Both have the small and large key hole plates. One lock cartridge with out key but if you placed a knob in the hole it will turn the latch and is usable as a non lockable door entry piece. There both salvaged from the Upper East coast, New England area of USA. Early America and is attached to pieces of the original paneled door. I am selling attached but for cheaper shipping I will consider detaching from wood to reduce the cost of shipping. Antique 1800s Door Knobs. Plates, Lock and back Plate set with Aesthetic Movement Period Designs. These pieces come from a local estate and were all found together. It includes 2 skeleton keys however I can't get them to work the lock. The pattern of the door knobs are slightly different than the back plates but they compliment each other. I could find no manufacturers name on any pieces. I believe the door knobs appear to be brass- measure 2 1/8 in diameter and 5 7/8 end to end) Have not been polished. Good Condition. Two Back Plates- Slightly different design than the knobs but go well together. Are magnetic so not brass. Have a darkened Bronze or Copper Finish. Measure 5 1/2 x 1 3/4. Door lock piece measures 5 1/4 x 7/8 and 3 1/4 deep. Appears to be in working order. Typical surface wear. Brass Bronze Finish. Wall piece measures 3 ... more3/4 x 1 1/4. Antique Brass Door Knobs with Large Nouveau Scroll Back Plates
Interesting antique brass door knob set. Large scroll form back plates with covered keyholes. Knobs are subtlety different as one(straight ribs) measures 2-1/4" in diameter. The other(pinwheel ribs) measures 2-1/2" Back plates measure 13-3/8" long, 3" wide. One plate has only a covered keyhole, the other has both covered& exposed keyhole with ribbed cover. Note offset knob preps as these look to have been prepped to line up exposed key hole on one with covered keyhole on other. Numerous drilling for knob plates. Knob plates measure 1-15/16" and 1-7/8" in diameter. The smaller of the 2 is likely a replacement as it doesn't appear to cover extra holes& knob doesn't sit well in recess. Also covered with paint. Spindle measures 1/4" x 3-5/8" long. Heavy set weighing 46.34 ounces or 1314 ... moregrams. Condition is as shown& described above with tarnish. Vertigris, some paint. Please email any questions.

Five antique lock sets with door knobs and back plates. Circa 1920's All worked fine when initially removed. One of the mortise locks got damaged. I don't know if it's fixable. No keys. This set will require cleaning. 5 sets of knobs-5 mortise locks-5 sets of back plates. The back plate with the turn latch is not brass. Included are a couple of strike plates and some screws. Lot of Vintage Porcelain Door Knobs Plates Hardware Art Deco Nice Antique Look
The following auction is for a lot of vintage doorknobs.Plates and hardware. They are used and show some wear. There is rust on the hardware and on the back of the knobs. I am not sure if the plates all match the knobs etc. Its a mixed lot of items I have put together. They are dirty,and faded in some cases. I will describe each a bit better below. 2 White knobs through door plate-The hardware on the back of the knobs is rusty as well as the plate. The one door knob has paint on it. Measures about 5.75 inches from knob to knob. The plate measures about 3.25 by 4.25 inches. 2 Door Plate Locks-There are no keys for them. The lock is pushed out on the one. The plates measure about 5 inches by 4 inches. I think it says MV Co. They are a bit rusty. 2 Black Porcelain knobs- Few small chips and marks on them. No locking hardware on the knobs. Pair of Antique Bronze Door Push Plates Back Marked numbered
This auction is for a wonderful pair of antique push plates for a swinging door. They are in excellent condition but do need to be cleaned. They measure about 11 1/2" x almost 3" They are heavy. 2 holes for screws(not included) on each plate. The back is marked and number on the back of each is 2419. Please see the pictures for the mark as I do not know anything about back marks. I don't know how old they are-I suspect from the early 1900's. I have had them about 30 years. 5 Awesome Antique Door Victorian Back Plates Backplates key holes cast & Pressed
This auction is for 5 really beautiful door knob back plates. They need to be cleaned of paint and polished but look great. 2 are cast and match. They have numbers on the back P23103 1/2. They measure a little over 7" long and 2.5" wide 1 is copper colored and it a pointed oval. It has the small split along one side. It measures about 7" long and 2" wide. The other 2 smaller ones I think are brass. They are pressed metal. They measure about 5.5" long and 1.5" at it widest point. I am listing lots of hardware from a collection that I started many years ago. I'm happy to combine shipments as long as you tell me you are still shopping.
