It measures 22" in length, excluding ceiling cap and top tubing. It measure 17" in diameter. It is a used fixture, and is in as found condition. It will need to be re-wired for use. It is missing one of the light bulb sockets, swing pendant on bottom, and set screw on ceiling cap. There are two splits in bottom ring of ceiling cap, but it is still very useable. The small flowers at bolts show paint loss. Cast iron parts, and ceiling cap retain good old paint. Fixture is otherwise in good used condition, and should restore easily. There are no bends, breaks, pitting, batters, or repair. This fixture is close to the usps size limits. And may ship with some dismantling. It is a ceiling mount fixture with 5 frosted slip shades. It is a beautiful fixture that is a cast metal with a copper finish. It measures roughly 16” tall and 16” wide. The glass shades measure 8 ¾” x 6 ½” The condition is very nice. There is some paint around the edges of top mount piece. There is a little wear to the post. The glass is in nice shape… no chips or cracks– there are rough edges and a little of the frost has wore in areas not seen upon display(except one tiny spot) We believe this is a Merkel fixture and it is numbered(starting with an“8” though we are uncertain of some digits(with a“T” above the numbers) The fixture has been rewired with new sockets… though the original ... moreceramic bases were saved. Its got white rope accents and it does work, I was able to check it, however all old wiring should be checked by a professional. It comes with ceiling canopy. Measures about 21 across x 21" tall without any chain. The candles sleeves have some cracks to them so they should probably be replaced, they cost about 1.00 a piece, not expensive. Vintage Antique Large 3 Tier 8 Arm Spanish Crystal & Brass Chandelier 80 Prisms
This auction if for a very beautiful. Ornate and well made vintage made in Spain brass and crystal chandelier. The chandelier is a three tier one. With crystal prisms hanging from all three layers and it has eight arms with eight lights(candles) The metal work is all solid brass and it is therefore very heavy. Without the prisms on. It weighs 20 pounds. The ornate brass canopy and chain are original to the chandelier and are matching all other scrolled work on the metal. The entire brass metal work on the chandelier is very intricately detailed. And the bottom is completed with a very ornate cap and finial which are again matching all the other scroll work on the fixture. The chandelier. As can be seen in our pictures is in perfect working condition and ready to hang. It was too large for the room displayed in, and has to be replaced with ... morea smaller one. The measurements without any crystals on are: 24" in diameter X 26" high. The original and existing chain is 18" The chandelier comes with 80 prisms all together and one round crystal ball for the bottom. These are: 12 large tear drops 2 1/2" long 40 medium tear drops 2" long 8 small tear drops 1 1/2" long 8 large beveled flat(shell shaped) 3 1/2" long 12 long ones 7" long. These have 4 graduating octagonal prisms and one long rectangular total length of 7" each. One faceted crystal ball 1 1/2" in diameter. Very beautiful! We are pleased to offer this antique(c1940s) French or Italian styled brass and crystal chandelier. This lovely. Elegant fixture is LOADED with crystal details. The chandelier frame is brilliant brass, open cage design, with an incised, faux twist pattern on the arms. The frame is a delicate brass cage which is scrolled on the top and bottom. The frame attaches to the bottom of the chandelier in between each arm. The top of the fixture has a total of 8 large crystal florettes attached to the scrolled frame. There are 8 of the florettes toward the lower section of the frame as well. There are 3 tiers of crystal beaded chains which attach horizontally to the fixture. The top section of chain features a large, blue, raindrop crystal which hangs(vertically) in the center of the chains. The middle row of chains have a 4 bead crystal ... morechain that hangs vertically in the center. The bottom tier of horizontal chains do not have a vertical feature as the candle sleeves rise at this mid section. The bottom of the chandelier features 9 blue raindrop crystals. This is a stunning and eye catching chandelier! The chandelier includes original ceiling cover/canopy and several inches of original chain. The chandlier is in very good condition. There is expected aging to the brass patina in a few areas. But overall it is still brilliant brass in color. Florettes are in very good condition. Wiring is vintage, but is in very good condition and chandelier is working. It has a blue"Union Made" sticker attached to the inside of the canopy. There are no other marks. This is an elegant fixture with strong French and Italial characteristics/influence. Chandelier measures 19" in height. It is 20" in diameter. There are approximately 17" of chain and wiring. GORGEOUS CHANDELIER This chandelier is fabulous with pink porcelain roses and green/cream tole metal frame. Its got lots of rusting for that perfect shabby chic patina we all love. It does work as you can see but all old wiring should be checked. It also comes with tole matching ceiling canopy. Some of the porcelain roses have large chips on them, however you can barely notice it when its hanging with all the stuff going on. There are 3 roses with chips out of the 20 roses, 2 on the top row and one on bottom row, each one missing 1 petal. Measures: 22x18 without any chain. Antique Brass & Cast Iron Art Deco Chandelier 5 Sockets Hanging Cluster Light
Here we have an Art Deco hanging chandelier that holds 5 bulbs. This is an antique lamp that is brass and cast iron. The soceket cups and the shaft of the fixture are brass and the center star and circle are cast iron. The chain on this chandelier is a more recent vintage chain but could be easily replaced with one that would go better with the age of this lamp. As you can see it is in good condition but there is some wear to this lamp the worst of it shown in the last photo. This chandelier is about 15 inches in diameter and has a turn switch in the center that can turn the lights on and off. I would recomend re-wireing this before installation. This is a larger two-piece globe. Art Deco cylinder with a clamp on stepped purple lens. The pics give a clear idea of the shade. The mounting ring measures 8.5 inches across. The clamp is tarnished. The purple lens has an internal crack all the way across but cannot be felt from either the inside or outside surface. Lens is still intact. Total length and width of the globe with lens is approx 13 x 9. Again. A larger shade. It could use a cleaning. Double boxed for safety. Priority Mail only. This fixture was installed in the library of a huge“1898” Queen Anne style summer home located in Harbor Springs. Michigan. Most of this home still relied on the original“knob and tube” wiring for its electrical power. The first floor ceilings of this home were 11' high. A few of the ceiling fixtures were controlled by pull chain switches due to the lack of wall switches. This fixture was originally equipped with a pull chain switch. Photo#10 shows the hole where the switch was installed. This ornate fixture has great detailing and is in very good condition. This fixture was just re-wired and new socket insulators were installed. It has been gently cleaned so as not to disturb the aged patina. Circa 1920-1930, but please make up your own mind about this. The light measures approx 10 inches(250mm) tall by 5 inches(125mm) in diameter. It is modeled as an inverted flame. Mounted in a painted brass holder, and is in good condition with no chips or cracks to the glass. The bulb holder is a standard UK bayonet clip type. It is in good original condition with very light wear consistent with its great age. But no damage or repairs. This is a fine example of its type and it would make a beautiful decorative piece. I have for auction this magnificent genuine antique gilt bronze and fine french crystal chandelier. It will date to the late 1800s, it came to me through a house clearance here in the South of France, as you can see in my photo's, this chandelier is for candles, as it was originally, in approx the 1920s/1930s it was wired for electricity, but this wiring was so old and distressed. It literally d i solved in my hands. So it has been removed and put back to its original state, I still have some of the old bulb holders and faux candles from the 1920s. Made of wood, please see last photo, I am happy to include these for you in this sale; I am sure it could be easily and inexpensively changed back to be lit by electricity if required. Antique Vintage Deco Victorian Five Arm Flush Mount Chandelier Light Fixture
Up for your consideration is this lovely five arm. Flush mount light fixture. Most likel y d ating from the late teens to 1920s. It has a beautiful floral and flo wer basket pattern. The light fixture has never been repainted but has ceiling paint residue and chips to the original finish. The ar ms and bobeches are intact a nd not broken. It is NOT useable as a light fixture as is. But needs rewiring. This beautiful fix ture is big. Measuring 18" from arm to arm. It will be stunning when restored and mounted. I like to say that the fixtures in my home are my"house jewelry" and. Boy, this one really fits that description! It has holes designed to mount crystal or colored glass drops on each arm. Offered is a matched pair of fantastic 1930s signed Lincoln chandeliers. These measure 12 inches wide by 24 inches high. The frames are polished aluminum. Highly detailed, 3 light frame with original 5 inch diameter aluminum ceiling canopy. Both have been re wired with new porcelain sockets added, they will accept standard chandelier bulbs. The height can be adjusted by removing links, or if greater height is required more links can be added. There is plenty of extra lead wire. This fantastic pair is in excellent condition. I am looking for one. Pretty sure I'll find one. This shape is commo n. There are eight candle stick lights. The piece has a neat embossed flower and leaf design overall Each candlestick has embossed melted wax design. The chandel ie r measures 15 1/2" high and about 21" across. Each candlestick measures 6 1/2" tall. The electric cord should be replaced even though it is working. This is a very nice detailed design chandelier.
