The shade measures about 12 inches in diameter and is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks. The metal components have been sanded and repainted a glossy white. a beautiful antique chandelier. Gilded golden brass, two rings. There are an abundance of tear-pear drop with one flower drop crystal, beautiful solid crystals not new, vintage, however. There are two small holes every other pear drop crystal, which do not have a crystal, this is because if u put in more of the tear drop crystals they are jumbled up, so i have left these two free holes, doesnt notice when hung up, simply would look nice if there were more crystals. i would think that this chandelier probably had icicle crystals which are much narrower. diameter 8" drop 5.5" Chain length 9" I sell a lot of vintage retro lights. We can see a predominant Art Nouveau theme with Louis XVI elements. It originally had a central gas lamp and two additional lamps at each end. The gas lamps are now converted to hold electric bulbs. This is a counterweighted lamp: the center section can be extended/retracted with a chain and pulley system. This system works as it should except the chains could be longer. The bronzework on this chandelier is excellent. With high quality construction and nicely done details. It is nicely patinated to a medium bronze color and we did not attempt any restoration or polishing. The wiring and sockets are old and in poor condition and must be replaced before use. Antique 4-lights country western wagon chandelier with frosted hurricane chimneys with copper shrouds. The wagon wheel is wood with a decorative copper band on the outside. It has 9 wood spokes attached to a wooden center hub. The 4 lights are set on top of the wheel. All are covered with frosted hurricane chimneys and have decorative copper shrouds mounted on top. The item you are purchasing: We are very pleased to offer this gorgeous ... moreart deco light fixture. It is a cut above most other lights on the market. The color is rich and inviting. An enormous amount of time would be required to duplicate this light because all of the components are vintage and it is the only one I have ever found. It has a very nice caramel color with beautiful-highly detailed clear glass. All components are in excellent condition and are from the 1930's era. The shade and stem are matching. The shade measures about 16 inches in diameter and is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks. Notice the correct bobesche at the top of the housing. The chain has been left with its vintage petina- looks great. Brass of this quality is very hard to find. The ceiling canopy was sanded and repainted as is also from the same era. The socket housing is vintage but has been repainted. There are three new porcelain sockets pictured with 60 watt bulbs along with all new wiring. It is accented with a small brass urn in the upper center with petite tole flowers. There are 5 large fern leaves or fronds that attach to each arm with a brass florette. The fern leaves sweep upward and arch outward and display a wonderfully incised pattern. The chandelier's arms curve outward from the center. The light sockets are housed in brass, bell shaped bobeches with extremely ornate floral brass trim. A circular and twisted brass piece connects the arms at the bottom section. There is a very nicley patterned bottom finial to complete the chandelier. This is an old fixture and dates to the 1920s. It has been recently rewried and it is ready to install. We are pleased to offer this stunning. Antique crystal chandelier. This wonderful fixture is French styled and features 4 waterfall tiered sections, two on the top and two on the bottom. The center of the chandelier features an extremely ornate brass/bronze band with large crystals inside the band. The chandelier is 6 light; you will note a couple of the light sockets are missing bulbs, but they all function perfectly. The brass/bronze is absolutely beautiful throught this fixture. It is embossed with delicate and intricate patterns. The same pattern is also found on the original ceiling cover canopy which is also included with the fixture. The chandelier features 12 crystals on the 1st waterfall top section and 24 crystals on the second tier. There are 12 large crystal around the circumference of the chandelier's center band. The 3rd ... morewaterfall section on the lower part of the chandelier contains 12 crystals as does the 4th, bottom waterfall section. There are 72 crystals in total. The chandelier is in very good condition with little aging. There is residual paint on the interior of the ceiling canopy.
