Antique Persian Pakistan Zindabd with Sheath Made by one of the artisans of Persia who were excellent workers of brass and other materials. This is a great piece of history. This is from the estate of a U.S. Lt. Colonel who brought it home during WWII. This 11 1/2" dagger is In very good condition with the original decorations and gold inlay on the blade. The blade is a"T" shaped cross section which tapers to a fine point with the original patina- it has not be sharpened or altered in any way. The brass on the hilt and handle has nicely detailed engravings which can be seen in the photos. The 10 3/8" wood sheath is covered with leather and is in very good condition with some wear.
