These flints are part of an extensive collection amassed between 1976 and 1977 by a retired archaeologist. We will be auctioning off the collection over a number of weeks. This particular piece measures about 19cm high by 10.7cm wide or 7.5” high by 4 3/8” wide at its largest points. The body of the piece displays a ribbed pattern which was the result of a cord-impressions when the piece was made. The piece is largely a dark gray in color. The piece is free of any major chips but does have a small stable hairline on the rim along with some very minor chipping on the rim of the piece as shown in the pictures. This would make a great piece for any collection, and a larger example of the type. Provenance: Danish Dealer.
