This rare mid century modern find has the clean looks of the 50's 60's with it's 6 point solid wood table base and center planter that also doubles as a magazine rack. On each side stanced. Are large v-shaped arches that reach up to support the glass with a hidden planter magazine rack design. A long upward swooping arm stretches out to create the two far end points as it holds up the face of this beautiful piece of art. The table has three solid cast brass legs with thick 13 mm glass top and lower shelf. This beautiful table(long with one other that I am listing) was custom made in the 1980's for a very wealthy family. The two levels of glass are held in place by the three notched legs. The bottom of each leg has a screw that tightens against a layer of plastic to hold the glass securely in place. The table maker placed a patent on this design and the number can be found on the base of the legs. Handsome mid-century modern rosewood veneer table. The table leg is in a"deco" style. It's a well made table but we have no information on the maker. Seats 6 to 12 with two leaves. This table was professionally refinished by a dealer in 2000 with a clear lacquer that's"crazing" with age(lacquer is cracking in an aligator-like pattern) The table needs to be refinished but is otherwise in excellent condition. We've used it the past three years with a tablecloth. Perfect for a dealer. A do-it-yourselfer or hobbyist. Vintage Hamilton Drafting Table with adjustable tilt top. Includes the parallel bar. Lamp and a stool. You don't have to take the stool if you don't want it. Its serviceable but well worn. The top is 72" wide X 43 1/2" deep. The unit is 36 1/2" to 37 1/2" tall at the front edge. These items were used in an architects office and then a contractors office. The lock on the tool drawer is missing and the paper drawer has had damage to the left slide that has been repaired, both are shown in the photos. The drawer works fine and the repair is barely noticeable when the drawer is fully open and can't be seen when closed. The leg spacers have normal foot wear and there are some misc. scratches/ dings from many years of use. This table is thought to be from late 1950's. Available for inspection.

Here is a terrific formica mid century tall table with 2 leaves. This really stunning RUBY RED table is tall. Height is 30 inches. This VERSATILE piece would be good with a set of tall chairs, but works great as counter height. This would be a perfect kitchen island! transforms to a long buffet table! The length is 35 1/2 inches short, but includes two 12 inch leaves, making the length up to2 extra feet long! Sturdy and strong, double chrome legs and an aluminum atomic retro border! The table is in very good condition overall. It is solid wood and was made by Bombay Company. There are some minor nicks and scrapes. Mainly on the very bottom corners where the post meet the floor. These have all be touched up with matching stain and the whole table has been cleaned and polished. The marble top is in excellent condition and it does not have any cracks or chips.
