Side Table Retro Mid Century Danish Modern Style Bent Plywood Legs Laminate Top
I purchased this really cool. Small, vintage mid-century modern side table at an estate auction years ago(maybe 10 or so) in Louisville, KY. I was told at the time that the gentleman whose estate was being auctioned had worked for a furniture company and that this was a"prototype" or"sample" table. It is very sturdy and in good vintage shape. There are a few chips and scratches that I've tried to document in the photos, and there is some crazing on the top laminate that I tried to show, but photos really don't capture it. In most lighting, it's not very obvious. Overall it looks very good and would be a great complement to a modern space. The table top is 14.5" diameter. Height is 17" Thickness of table top is.75" The legs are bent-shaped engineered wood and the top of the table is a wood grain ... morelaminate. Heywood Wakefield 1956 wishbone leg dining table and four chairs in good condition. I got these from the original owners a few weeks ago and have not put any thing on them(waxes. Polishes cleaners etc. Local pick up is preferred but I can deliver from Paso Robles, CA to Ventura, CA for free. I am in the middle in Lompoc) Table has both leaves. I see evidence of past repairs on table, underside of legs and table top. Table is sturdy and top finish is ok, better than most out there. Chairs are pretty nice, no loose legs. The material will need cleaning, as I mentioned earlier I do not put any cleaners or polishes on them, I leave them just how I found them. Not sure on exact color of wood but I believe it is maple.

Mid Century Modern Kipp Stewart DREXEL Declaration End Table Nightstand
This is a very nice. Two drawer, end table or nightstand. It is made by DREXEL, and designed by Kipp Stewart. From what I have been told, it is from the 1950's, in the style of Danish Modern. It is signed, and part of the Declaration series. It measures about 22.25 inches wide, 31.5 inches tall, and about 30 inches deep. There are numbers on the bottom of the one drawer: 881-330-4, and also 2/58. It is a sound, structural piece-not something about to fall apart. This piece. As seen in the photos, is in nice condition and does not have stains or white rings which are normally the case with older furniture. Of course, it does show minor wear as you can see. THIS IS FOR PICK-UP ONLY. This auction is for a vintage. 50’s, wooden tilt-top folding card table. It has a picture of a hunting scene with horses, riders and dogs. The table measures 26.5” X 26.5” and is 30”H. There are some condition issues with this table but overall it’s a cool mid-century item. First. It appears that there was a repair to the wood underneath but it must have been done in the 60’s because I know it sat in storage, untouched, after that. The table is a little wobbly but has nothing to do with the repair. The picture has some paint in one corner, ink scribbles in another corner, and various marks throughout. There is also a crease in the center of the picture. Despite all this. You can clearly tell the picture is of a charming hunting scene. For your consideration is a very nice rounded triangle shaped table with a solid oak top and round metal legs. Could be done by Arthur Umanoff but no labels. Vintage Gilded Metal Pedestal Plant Stand with Marble Top by Accurate Casting
This unique. Heavy, metal and marble plant stand has probably something to do with the Accurate Casting company, because their name and the production number of"A 4132" is pressed on the top of each of the gilded ornaments. But I don't know if this is fully their product or they just manufactured the parts and it was sold under the logo of another company. Either way it is a very impressive, ornate, decorative, eye-catching piece, it can be a very nice addition to any room or area. It is 26 1/4" high and the diameter of the marble top is 16 1/2" The gilded zinc alloy(spelter) ornaments, the black, spiral threaded steel or brass pipes and the round, black marble top makes this elegant stand a very heavy piece, totaling 27 lbs. It is in still a very nice, presentable condition but a closer inspection reveals numerous ... moresmaller-larger nicks in the gilding and a crack all across the marble top. But apart from this there are no dents or other physical problems. Its structure consists of a tricorn shape base, three legs and the marble top, attached to a smaller disc for added strength and stability. Each leg assembly includes the gilded connecting ornaments and the hollow metal pipes around an about 3/8" thick, threaded steel rod, which can be secured by bolts to the base, to the connecting ornaments and to the top. Because of its size and weight, the stand will be taken apart for shipping and it needs reassembling. It's a pretty straightforward process, I will attach a short description how to do it but all you need is a wrench with a 9/16" socket to tighten the end bolts under the base. If you are not that handyman type person, just in case, it is a good idea to have someone there to help. PLEASE. READ! Jens Quistgaard Dux Mid Century Danish Modern Reversible Tray Table Teak Butcher
Danish modern table that is not signed but is attributed to Jens Quistgaard. My understanding is that it was Produced by Richard Nissen. C. 1960, and distributed by Dux. Tray table of staved teak with teak legs by Jens Quistgaard. The top is reversible. Either using the flat surface or the dish shaped side. Like most of Quistgaard's designs in teak, this piece is made of solid staves of teak laminated together to form a butcher block style construction. The tabletop is reversible and is concave on one side revealing the layers of teak, and flat on the other. The flared solid teak legs give the piece a unique grounded effect and a charming esthetic. A great addition for any Quistgaard collector or to any modern living environment. Measures 17 1/4" tall. The top is 19 5/8" in diameter, and if measuring the width from the outsides ... moreof the legs where they touch the floor, it is 22" across. Sits pretty tight to the floor but there is a little wobble. You may want to have it reglued. In pretty good overall condition with some signs of use. Some water spots on two of the legs, light scratches on all of the legs, what looks like fading toward the top of three of the legs, light scratches on both sides of the table top, scratches around the rim of the table top and the flat side of the table has what looks like faint water marks. I have not oiled, polished or even wiped it down. I'm photographing it exactly has found. Looking closer I also see what looks like a pen mark in the shape of a hook on the flat side of the table plus some places where the varnish has air under it and appears to be bubbled. For most purposes, my opinion is that the table is fine in its present condition buy I know that some of you prefer that your furniture look brand new and in that case I would suggest a light refinishing. If you would like more close up pictures I'm glad to provide. Just send a message. The legs will be removed for shipment. Reassemble will require a flat head screwdriver to replace the two screws. Ta

For your consideration is a beautiful 8' Lucite Dining Table by Charles Hollis Jones. This table measures 8'l x 4'w x 28.5"h. This table is in excellent. I dare say museum condition. This table is part of Mr. Jones' Pagoda made between 1979 and 1981 with the Lucite fabricated through pouring and molding Lucite. The table top is not glass. It is Lucite measuring 2 5/8" thick. It is quite impressive. The legs are 2 5/8" thick flaring at the bottom to 3" When looking at the table in profile you will notice the Pagoda shape of the design. Also in the series. Mr. Jones designed a cocktail table, console table and bar cart. Mr. Jones has acknowledged this is his piece. The table top and base are currently professionally crated by Plycon Transportation.
