Hello. This is Brand New Old Stock and was recently discovered. They are used for Wooden Windows to convert a Single Pane Glass Window into a 9 Pane Glass Window. They were made to remove in order to ease the process of cleaning the glass. Can be used in many other way's such as Craft Making and in Re purposing Artistic Ways. I did not push the pieces together all the way because if I did, I would not be able to get them back apart without damaging them. Although New New Old Stock, I am removing Pieces from Original Packaging in Order to Quality Assure you are getting what is described and taping them back together. The Assembly& Instructions have been included in two photographs.
