Antique Wooden Wood Victorian Era Shutters Good Old Green Paint 4 Pairs 67 x 15"
This auction is for local pick-up only and features 4 pairs of antique wooden shutters. Each shutter measures approx. 67 ½ x 15 ¼ inches. There is a slight variance in width because one of the pair is the inner shutter and has a more pronounced“lip” to allow the outer shutter to rest in the fold. These are all matched pairs and are structurally sound. There are no missing slats. And the frames are solid with no fear of them falling apart. Of course, these have several layers of good old paint, and the paint of course has flaked in a few areas. No dry-rot, no holes. Vintage Antique Interior Louvered Wooden Shutters
You are bidding on sets of interior louvered wooden shutters. There are 8 panels in all and measure 24" x 7" for each panel(excluding the center and end pieces which measure nearly 2 inches each) I provided plenty of pictures to show the beauty and condition of these fine pieces. I am not a professional grader but I would have to say they are in very good condition or better. They are used and have some normal wear. All louvers\blinds have been tested before shipping and raise up and down very well. These pieces are great for any collector. Home interior designer, the casual decorator, or the creative mind. Antique Wooden Interior Shutters (Lot Of Four) 1890's
Lot of four pairs = eight pieces wooden shutters. Came out of an 1890's home from NY. I am not sure of the wood but I THINK it is polar. You may view before bidding if you like. They are in good antique condition. With one single shutter having a small piece of wood chipped on the bottom. Have many more to list. They measure 62-1/2" tall x 15-3/4" wide with a depth of 1-2/8" They all have three pieces of hardware on EACH shutter. The louvers measure 2" wide and open and close. I was told these were removed from Salem U.C.C. Dover, Pa. during a renovation in the 1950's. They can be seen on the photo below. I could not find a date as to when the build was first constructed, but some info pointed to the mid 1800's. There are 6 pairs offered in this lot. They measure 27" wide x 93" long x 1 3/8" thick. All are in good solid condition- 3 have had about an inch cut off one side and 3 have some missing trim molding from the panels. One has a piece of sheet metal cover the top section- many have metal covers on the top to keep out moisture(these can easily be removed) Some have small edges broken or missing- paint is thick and chipping. These late Victorian interior window shutters were saved from a Brownstone in Albany. NY's historic Center Square. This is a complete set for one window. The top pair pair measures 42" high by 17" wide, the bottom pair measure 29" high by 17" wide. All of the louvers are fully functioning. They need to have the paint stripped, the wood is in excellent condition. These are a real gem, absolutely fantastic condition.

You will be getting all in the shutters in the pictures! This is a Very Nice Vintage, In Great Condition! Pictures have been taken both sides, sometimes the other side look's better! This is a Beautiful Set of 3. Tall" Hand Crafted 1800's Old Wooden Shutters, Real Architectural Pieces removes from home built in 1878 in the historic Central West End in St. Louis, Missouri. These shutters are handcrafted pieces made of solid wood with mortise and tendon joinery. Several layers of old paint present and chipping off(definitely helped protect the underlying wood over the years) The shutters are fixed(louvers do not move) They are each 79" x 17" 17.25" including lip) These three shutters all match and do not include hardware. You are bidding on 2 Antique(Turn of the century) Victorian Shutters which measure(1) 40" x 7 1/8" x 1" 2) 38 3/4" x 7 1/4" x 1" Shutters are in overall good condition for their age and solid. Louvers on both shutters do work, but the Vertical rod for the larger shutter is broken in half. And will need to be glued(see picture) The bottom of the broken rod is a little chewed up also. The original Brass East Lake latch hardware is not included(has been sold separately) But the hinges are included with the smaller shutter. Please be aware this a mismatched set. Currently this set is only available for local pickup. But please email if you are interested. Up for your viewing is an awesome Lot of 3 Tall Antique Victorian Wooden Window Shutters that I purchased from an estate auction. Two of the shutters are a whopping 96" tall and one is 95" tall. All are 15-1/2" wide x 1-1/2" thick. They are solid and in great antique condition with several layers of chippy paint. Black on one side and green on the other.
