They are all in very good shape taking into account their age, most of the glaze is chipped cracked and a lot has fallen out. Most panes are intack and are not cracked. I will not vouch that all panes are there or not broken. Look closely at the photos, the photo is the window I will ship. I pack very carefully and the glass should make it through the system intact,I have had very good luck) but if it does not I can't really refund.But as you well know you are not buying them for the glass. Vintage 1899 12 Pane Old Wooden Window Sash Frame Wedding Menu Chic Primitive
Antique circa 1899 Old Wooden Window Sash With 12 Panes The sash/window measures 36" X 21" and is 1 1/2" thick around the frame. Each glass pane is 7 1/2 X 4 3/4" The construction of the frame was done with wide flat slats. Not quite dove tail but similar. One side is natural wood color, the side that face to the outside is cracked paint. It still has one of it's original hinges and some of it's old cloth piping insulation around it. Condition: There is one glass panel with a corner crack. It needs some cleaning. But for the age is in good condition. I do have 5 others if interested let me know. Insured UPS shipping- it is heavy! The glass is all intact and but do not guarantee that it will be that way shipping it by the USPS. This sash would be good for a craft project-menu-mirrors-wedding or a shabby chic project. When I pack a sash I build a wood frame for the sash-wrap in several layers of foam-put in frame-cover with cardboard and staple. Here we have a very solid vintage 2 lite basement sash that measures 28 7/8' wide by 21 7/8' tall. It does not have glass in it but if you were to put something in the opening it measures 12' wide by 18' tall. The sash is white in color on both sides. CUTE VINTAGE 3 LITE WINDOW SASH----CRAFT-- MENU--MIRROR--WEDDING
This is a vintage window sash I took out of a high end house that was built in the 1940's or early 1950's. The sash is well built and very heavy. It has had the glass removed from it and measures 24' 23 3/8' with the extensions on the bottom it measures 25 7/8' overall by 1 3/4' thick. If you were to put glass in it you would need pieces that measure 6 1/8' by 20' the sash is a top sash with a weathered black exterior an aged varnish interior.
