Neoclassic Antique Victorian Vintage Cast Iron Garden Flower Pots Urn Planters
Not sure of the age. But has an old Victorian Vintage look and made out of a cast iron or pot metal. The top and bottom were casted separately and then bolted together( the bold is rusty and looks old) Can be used as a decorative planter or garden urns. It measure around 9 1/2” tall and 9” in diameter. It weights over4 pounds. At some point they were painted with a drab green to rust orange color and then beautifully aged to get a pastel old patina look. A natural pitted rough surface which is natural for cast iron. Very beautiful and classic!

Vintage Antique Large Green Tole Paint Metal Garden Flower Water Watering Can
This was discovered in a very old Thousand Islands camp estate and I immediately fell in love! This quaint early watering can is a large 16" tall with the hinged top handle in an upward position. It is 9" in diameter at the base and from the outer side handle to the end of the spout spans 16" The tole can is painted in a earthy green and has a portrayal of cat tails on both sides in wonderful detail. Even the shadows cast by the cat tails and leaves is depicted giving the painting a three dimensional look. Both handles and the top and bottom of the main portion of the can are accented with black pin striping. The top handle is hinged on each side to that it can be raised or laid down on the upper rim. The outer handle has a hollow grip and a thumb rest. The spout has a right angled end. This can has seen many. Many years of ... moreuse and all of it added to it's charm. There is dents, dings, pitting and rust. The rust is most notably on the very bottom(see pic) It will NOT hold water as there is a rather large hole in that bottom. The side and spout appear to be fine. Still, this is such an attractive old piece it would make a lovely ornament in a garden. Use it as a flower pot or set other objects in it for display! This is a charming little antique"posy basket flower holder! It is cast iron and painted a bright. Daffodil yellow. Please look all of my pictures carefully to see detail and condition! Basket measures 10 1/2" tall X 3 1/2" wide X 1 3/4" deep so it is rather narrow; handle is exaggeratedly tall. It is also an odd design in that it has 3"feet" at the bottom. Outside shows some paint wear and inside is RUSTY. I can't find any maker's marks on this piece so I don't know where it was made or by whom though I do think it is old.
