The man who sold this one and a few others to us recently said that they were wheel rims from a 1932 OR 1936 model vehicle. I THINK he said they were for a Ford but I'm hoping someone who knows will pass the info on to Rick and I. Regardless. You just don't come across these much anymore. Surface rust as indicative of age but no holes! I just shot it with a colorful combination of John Deere green colored paint and bright yellow spokes.
