Antique Victorian Wood Serving Tray Glass Over Tapestry Harvest Scene Neat
This great looking serving tray has a tapestry harvest scene with ladies and wheat sheaves. The size of the tray is 18 1/2 inches long by 13 inches and there are 12 pictures to assure any bidder that this is a very neat item. I think it dates to the 1930's or so and the glass has very minor scratches in two areas that I can see. The wood is probably mahogany or another hard wood and the back is original as I found it 22 years ago at a farm sale here in Lancaster Penna. All the pictures show any age issues that I could see. A vintage solid carved wood 3 section tray/ dish. Underneath is the original"Empire Made" label. It is a thick quite heavily grained single piece of wood carved into a curving tactile shape. I don't think that it was ever used but has a very small scuff to the underside of one pointed corner which woul;d polish out.

This is a beautiful pair of vintage wooden trays with china or porcelain inserts. The wood having been hand-crafted in the Amana Colonies. Each tray measures 12 1/4 inches in diameter, and the edges are curved upward as you may be able to see in the photos. We listed them as signed, because each tray has a sticker on the back that says"THE AMANA COLONIES, NORMAN H. SCHANZ, WEST AMANA, IOWA. The tray with the apples design has a hairline crack in the china or porcelain insert, as you can see in the closeup photo; and there may be a way to repair or camouflage this, but I will leave that up to the buyer. However, when the tray is covered with whatever you might be serving, this would not be noticeable. Each tray has a hole in the back so that they can be hung on the wall. There is just very light wear to the wood, nothing significant; ... moreand of course there are natural grain marks and shadings, because these are real wood. The wood appears to be Walnut, but I am not a wood expert, so please use your own judgment. Craftsmen in the Amana Colonies do only very high-quality work, and these great-looking trays reflect that. Vintage printers type drawer with vertical rows
For sale are Ludlow style type trays. These trays feature up- down rows with no cross pieces. I have several that have the cross pieces dividing the rows. I also have a couple that are a dark cherry colored wood. These drawers are being mailed WITHOUT the 5" drawer ends left on. Unless requested. They will be cut off prior to shipping. Magnificent Wooden Serving Tray from England A.L. Grace Colonial Scenes
What a wonderful old tray! This serving tray is actually 5 trays in one. The large tray measures 25" by 13" and holds four smaller trays which each measures 12" by 6" The smaller trays have a bit of a ribbon used to remove the trays from the larger tray. The prints are by the well known English artist A.L. Grace(1870-1900) The names of the prints are- Large Tray- The Collector" A Rare Specimen" After Dinner Rest Awhile; Perfect Brew and Pleasant News- they are delightful prints. The back of the tray is made of cork and has the remnants of a red production label on the back(pic#12) it appears to be made in England. Condition- very good with the exception of two small worn spots as seen in picture#4. There is some very minor wear to the cork on the back of a few of the trays and a few nick marks on the tray moldings.

Up for sale is a beautiful antique oval mahogany gallery tray with solid brass handles. The tray measures 22" by 16" by 2" and is in excellent condition with less than normal wear and tear for its age. There is only one small chip in the rail near the handle and some scraping at the underside of the rail which can be seen in the 3rd and 4th pictures. Beautiful green florentine tray/gold with specks of red. Take a look.
Nice florentine Italy I believe tray. There are no markings on the piece. Its a great shade of green with the gold and specks of red. Please look at pictures closely for the little white marks on the tray and there is a scratch up near the top rim. The colors are wonderful and the back is all gold. It measures 15 by 11 1/4.
