Up for sale is one of these vintage cast iron/metal steampunk farm plow spiked gear wheels. These gear wheels are great for yard or garden decor. Wall displays and even repurposed in making furniture or steampunk creations. Each wheel is missing one spike and has very similar wear from age as the ones pictured. The wheels vary from 17 1/4" to 17 3/4" in diameter depending on the wear to the ends. The center hole has a diameter of 1 1/8" and the wheel is 3 7/8" wide. Vintage tin- different idea for garden/ planting decor- Think this could look great in the Garden– Or to use as a Plant/ Flower Seed Organizer. A vintage well worn Workman’s Dome Topped Metal Lunch Box w/ Hinges from the 1940’s to early 1950. This particular lunch box shows quite a bit of rust on the base and some rust and scratching on the interior. So you might not want to carry your lunch in it anymore, but due to the size and the open hinged top– It would make a great garden Planter– or herb pot holder for a kitchen. Size: approx length is 10 1/4” width approx 4 3/4” height with the domed top closed and handle up is 9” depth of“planting” area is approx 3 ¾” I believe that this was made by the Thermos Company when it was in the U.S.A. DESCRIPTION: This estate worthy vintage Fish Fountain is the perfect size measuring 14" tall x 8" deep and 6" wide weighs a heavy 19 lb s. Give or take. This sculpture also has most amazing detail as the fish appears to be leaping from the surf. Which makes it the ideal spitter. I found this piece nearly 12 years ago. We were refurbishing and old castle ... moreon the west side of Tucson and the proprietors had tossed away some garden relics and lucky me I was in the right place at the right time and salvaged the original antique. I can only estimate the original was more than 50 years old. And maybe even better than the detail is the traditional creamy antique white coloring. Very sophisticated color! But best of all is the texture. The pocking and pitting from decades of erosion are truly amazing. But unlike the original antique which was clearly deteriorating. This casting is secure and 100% intact. Best of all. It is not made of chintzy resin or chippy plaster but is solid cement stone so it is 100% operable and completely safe to display outdoors. Please Note: The opening is from the center of the mouth and through the bottom. I am sure I have hose in my garden shed. If you would like some just ask, there's no charge. VINTAGE ANGEL URN GARDEN STATUE / YARD ART/ SHABBY DECOR/ COTTAGE GARDENS
A very nice old angel/cherub urn. It has 3 angels around the sides. And a garland of leaves around the bottom. It is in natural grey, never painted. I was told that long ago people used urns such as this to mark the graves of children. Flowers were placed in the urn and it is so heavy that it could not blow away. I think it would also make an unusual holder for a gazing ball. I will never be famous for my pictures. The dark spot on some of the pictures are where I washed the urn and a spot was not dry. I did not notice it when I took the pictures. The pictures outside were made later when it had dried. I have always loved garden statues. They add so much personality to the garden. Now that I am almost 80, I can only garden in containers, so some of my pretties need to go. Thank you for looking.
