This is one of many windows that I will be selling that have been removed from an old community center that is being renovated in Belmont. Texas. The proceeds from each this sale will go to the ongoing renovation project! Much to be done to preserve this wonderful old building! This is a genuine old sash window that is still in very good antique condition! The solid sheet of textured glass has a decorative tiny starburst design with no cracks. Nics or chips! There are many many years of paint layers on both sides which makes the overall look of the window priceless! The front of the frame is light yellow. The back is white. The solid wood frame is 1 1/4" thick& very sturdy. Large Antique Architectural Salvage Window Frame; 29" x 46"; old barn
Thanks for looking. This is an antique window frame measuring 29 inches wide at its base and about 46 inches tall. I was told that it was taken from an old barn. Built about a hundred years ago. No glass on this, just the frame, but it is in fairly solid condition. The frame is painted on both sides. One side has raised panels in the corners. It measures 74.75 inches wide by 16 inches tall and is just over 1 inch thick. Overall it is in decent condition. ASIAN CHINESE TEAK WOOD WINDOW SHUTTER TRANSOMS (2) ARCHITECTURAL SALVAGE
These are Chinese handmade(mortise and tenon) window shutters in very weathered/rustic condition. The shutters were in a garden area. And therefore exposed to more water and sun than normal. The previous lattice screens and glass eventually succumbed to time and weather. The shutters are still beautiful and have alot of character. They can be used as-is, or easily have glass panes installed in them for a unique and customized look. NOTE- The shutters are both right hand opening and were not a pair. But they were the only ones that were still in good condition. The shutters measure 60" Long X 19 1/2" wide X 2 1/4" thick. The shutters can been used as wall art. There are 14 pieces of glass separated by wood mullions. All the glass is beveled all the way around. There are no cracks or breaks. The frame is pine and is unpainted. It measures 48 inches wide by 17.75 tall and is 1.5 thick at the crown molding. Overall. It is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. This is an awesome vintage wood transom window that is small and came off of an old door. Tons of uses where a small window is desired and of course lots of craft designs. It is a little over 9" X 26 1/4" and there are two pieces of single pane glass. Very unique I think. Frame is in good condition with no rot or damage, but does have screw holes from previous hardware. Starts at $20 and will ship for $13. Please if there is a problem let me know. AWESOME antique old vintage SLAG GLASS WINDOW cast iron frame salvage Victorian
AWESOME old three-paneled slag glass window in cast iron(steel? frame. the frame is magnetic and heavy. The window weighs ~15 lbs and still retains some of the hinges that attached the window frame to the house. And there are two small lengths of metal chain that were used to hang the window as a decoration. Overall dimensions of window including frame are 32.25" x 22" x 1" the thickest part of the frame is about 1" thick. The glass is not that thick) Each slag glass panel measures 9.5" x 20" The middle panel has two cracks which both emanate from the same point near the frame and travel in different directions across ~half of the panel. The glass is not loose and the cracks are very hard to see given the color and nature of the slag glass. Look at the pics. I tried to show the cracked panel as best I could. ... moreI will ship this in bubble wrap with a piece of wood board strapped to each face of the window for maximum protection.
