If the quantity above is less than 8, this indicates that 1 or more pairs sold. What an amazing opportunity! Lovely. Antique French windows salvaged from a former cream production plant(see last photo) in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The plant was built during the 1890's and many of the windows were original to the plant's construction. Although a few windows may have been made after that period; all are solid wood. Each window is made of solid pine and has 9 glass lites. No hardware included. These windows were originally installed as double-hung pairs. If you buy several windows with the intention of installing them as pairs. Please let us know after the auction. Each window is ... morepainted white on the interior side and green on the exterior side. We could either completely strip the paint. Or prep the surface of the windows for a fresh coat of paint. Email us with a description of what you would like done. The quantity of windows you need, and we'll give you a quote. We found one pair of windows that were stripped at some point and finished with a clear coat of lacquer(see 2nd to last photo) We've included a photo to give you an idea of how these windows look under the paint. The lites are secured with old-fashioned glazier's putty on the exterior(green) side. The putty on the majority of the windows is in great shape. And will not need replacement for many years. However, if a lite were to break once you install the windows; you would need to completely scrape off the old putty, which could be as hard as cement, remove the glazing points, put in the replacement lite, reinsert the points, add new putty, and allow to dry. Not only is it a long, tedious, and messy job to replace a lite, but if you don't have experience doing it, the results may look awful. Vintage Antique 6 Pane Wooden Window with Mirror Panes.
Vintage window with mirrored panes installed. This one is a six pane window. All the old lead paint has been removed and the frame was then painted a light maroon. After that. I painted it white with a crackle finish to allow some of the maroon to show through. This gives it the appearance of being weathered. This particular one has a 5/8" x 7 1/4" shelf installed for knick knacks.Key hole slots are installed on the back to allow it to hang flat on your wall. I make these windows as I get them with many variations, such as color, antiquing style, shelves, planter boxes etc. and sell them at craft fairs and flea markets. You will love it! Window measures 28" wide x 24" tall x 7 1/4" out from the wall. I will ship it free using parcel post to help keep the price down, it takes a little longer to get.

This auction is for local pick-up only and features 4 pairs of antique wooden shutters. Each shutter measures approx. 67 ½ x 15 ¼ inches. There is a slight variance in width because one of the pair is the inner shutter and has a more pronounced“lip” to allow the outer shutter to rest in the fold. These are all matched pairs and are structurally sound. There are no missing slats. And the frames are solid with no fear of them falling apart. Of course, these have several layers of good old paint, and the paint of course has flaked in a few areas. No dry-rot, no holes. In use, paper would have been applied to the inside of the shutter to provide privacy. Hand Crafted 1800's Old Wooden Shutters, Real Architectural Work!Set#707 As this was made to last and Real Craft Work! Shutter Size is about 54"x 15 3/4" each. This is a Very Nice Vintage, One shutter has some defects on the top as seen in the pictures other than that,Both are in Great Condition! As this is Sold as per Pictures for Condition and this in the pictures is the ones you are buying! As any Vintage Antiques may have small defects and may have a hole here and there. And will have scuffs and or some wood chips missing here and there as for the age. If any major defect will take a picture and list it also. As always any more info needed will get right back ASAP.
