Condition: Used Location: Charleston, United States This listing is for a Antique Quarter-sawn Tiger Oak Victorian Glass Ball Claw Footed 2-Tier Parlor Table. This piece stands 30 inches tall~ approx 2 ... more1/2 feet. 22 3/4 inches across the top/ square. The bottom shelf. At the narrowest point, measures 15 inches across square. The glass balls in the feet measure 3 inches across and the legs. At the widest point, about half way up, measures 3 1/4 inches across. This table is not marked. Signed, dated, stamped or otherwise labeled. There is a small dark stain to the table top that measures approx 4inches by 2 inches. A darker spot next to that as well but not sure what that spot is. Both can be seen in the last picture. There are no major chips. Cracks or other issues to any part of the wood. It is possible this is a Louis F Nonnast table made between 1878-1888. I do not know much about this size. Style or age. If you have any information that may be helpful to identifying this piece. I would very much appreciate dropping me a line or two. Local Pick Up is best for this large. Beautiful and well taken care of item. It worries me to ship it as I have seen very few table such as this. However. The way this is constructed, it appears it can be taken apart ~ legs removed and lower shelf removed, for possible shipping. Because of its size and weight. It may need to be shipped Freight~ atleast the top of the table, which I do not have an account or shipping association to do. I can check with UPS and see what would need to be done. The top is 72 inches(6 foot) by 44 inches. Unlike most drafting table tops. This one is not full of pin holes or scratches. The top is very smooth and in great condition which is pretty rare. I've had this at least 15 years and used it with a white masonite protector over the top. There are some water stains on the top. One of the oak side caps has a small saw notch in it. The light has very good paint and works OK. The right hand Vemco 4100/30 drafting machine is in very good condtion. A few chips in the paint. It is a 30" machine which is an appropiate size for this board. I am not including any scales, they are availabe on Ebay. The stool has alot of paint worn off on the steel legs. It is the Fred Flintstone stool. Used to have a pad on top. The stool is the right height for most people who would use this table. The bottom of the drafting table is oak and is complete. I had to take parts from another table to complete the hardware on this one. There is one crack which was repaired on one of the leg braces as you can see in the pictures. Glue squeezed out from the crack wh ich is the line you see. The table tilts and can be raised or lowered. To ship this would mean crating it and unfortunately there is no inexpensive way to do this. This auction is for a oak table and set of four chairs in the mission style. I am not sure what its purpose was for being this small i think it was a salesman sample. the table is about 19" long and is 9.5" wide and stands 7 3/4" tall the base is al mortised together and has stretcher that runs the lenght of it. oak has nic epatina and is in great condition. there is also 4 chairs all made the same with nice oak and they are about 12" tall/ all 4 are in perfect condition. it is made of oak and the corners are all made by putting the wood through the post( forgot what it is called) It is a great table and chairs. if you have any questions just ask. also listed a settee bench made the same from the same home. will combine shipping It looks like a stickley bench we had years ago. This listing is for a Antique Quarter-sawn Tiger Oak Victorian Glass Ball Claw Footed 2-Tier Parlor Table. This piece stands 30 inches tall~ approx 2 1/2 feet. 22 3/4 inches across the top/ square. The bottom shelf. At the narrowest point, measures 15 inches across square. The glass balls in the feet measure 3 inches across and the legs. At the widest point, about half way up, measures 3 1/4 inches across. This table is not marked. Signed, dated, stamped or otherwise labeled. There is a small dark stain to the table top that measures approx 4inches by 2 inches. A darker spot next to that as well but not sure what that spot is. Both can be seen in the last picture. There are no major chips. Cracks or other issues to any part of the wood. It is possible this is a Louis F Nonnast table made between 1878-1888. 48 inch Round Oak Table with Pedestal Base -LOCAL PICKUP
Beautiful old round table shows it has been loved and well maintained- Only a couple places have been fixed through the years. 48 inches across Base is 26 inches tall and 26 inches across The latch on the top needs a new piece. The long piece is there but the loop to lock into is missing. Some repair is needed to the sliding pieces. The top is not currently attached to the base. So it will be easy to move. This is for a small table-it is marked berkey& gay and G or C 48 on the bottom-it is about 23 1/4" tall=26" long and 17 3/4" wide-it has been refinished at one time-it is only missing a tiny peg on the bottom of one leg so it seem to not sit flat-but that is easily replaced as they are just on the very bottom of the legs-otherwise it is nice- it has some squares on the top and i do not know if maybe it had been repaired or something-i am selling for a friend of mine so i do not know a whole lot about it as i mostly sell paper and once in awhile a neat collectable-i really do not know how old it is or anything about it- so if someone does and wants to let me know please do- it is a very cute small table-Please e-mail with any questions.

Antique Vintage Round Oak Butcher Block Table Cast Iron Base
This is an absolutely stunning round oak butcher block table with a beautiful cast iron base. The top measures 49" across. 155" in diameter and 1 3/4" wide. The total height with the base is 29" The top has few imperfections. But there is one small prominent stain or black mark on the table which I have included in the pictures. I chose not to make any changes(sanding, staining, sealing) to the top as it has the perfect imperfections. The base has the original reddish/brown paint. It would be very easy to paint it the color of your choice. There is light surface rust on the legs of the base. This is a very unique piece. I've never seen a round butcher block table top and I don't think the pictures do it justice. I don't know the time period of this table or if the top originally came with the base. YOU ARE BIDDING ON 1: Hasting 48 inch round table The gorgeous 48" round oak table is made by Hastings Furniture Co. in Michigan circa 1900. Hastings patented the Tyden Lever. This table does have the labeling on the underside of the table. I understand the Tyden lever was used exclusively by Hastings Furniture Company. These tables have three parts. The top, base and the extension leaves( we do not have the leaves for this table) The top shares the beauty of the design and markings of the base. Each half goes through a separate process. Until"joined" by the Tyden lock in the finishing room, where the halves are matched so that the markings on the completed top will match. It is a nice old piece with a great rustic look about it. The finish has a great worn patina and gives it a great look for a country house or chabby chic living room. The top is made from 4 separate pieces of wood and there is some issues with the surface being a little uneven. There is a little give in one of the end piece boards. The piece is still sturdy and the top could hold a plant or vase but I would not put anything very heavy on it without tightening up the top some. I have left it as is because I like the inconsistency in the top as it shows age and gives character to the piece. If you are looking for a piece in perfect condition you may not want to purchase ... morethis piece. But if you are looking for a great antique look with character this piece may be for you. It stands 28 inches tall and the top measures 16 inches by 16 1/2 inches. The middle shelf has 12 inches of clearance to the top shelf. The middle shelf stands 14 1/2 inches from the ground. Carved Lion Head & Paw Round Table with Leaf Ornate Walter of Wabash Vintage Oak
This is an absolutely beautiful vintage lion head table with sliders made by Walter of Wabash. The table is round and measures about 48" Add the 24" leaf for a total of 6' fully extended. The carvings of the lion heads and lion paws are stunning. This is a unique table. I am not sure of the age. There are a couple of areas that have some damage: the side of the table has minor knicks. The wood on the top of the taple has slight seperation which is typical for an older table, and a couple of minor scratches, and there is a small board missing on the bottom of the leaf(cant tell from the top) Other than that this table is in great shape. I found it in the back of a barn. It was painted a light green and was being used as a work shop table. It was love at first sight but the old green paint was chipping and did not go with the decor in my home so I had it stripped and refinished to its beauty today. Most of the wood on the table is Oak. There are 3 boards out of 16 boards that make the table top that are another type of wood. I'm thinking maybe it's cherry but I am not a wood expert. The table has Queen Ann style legs. Legs and skirt are painted a barn red color with the top being stained. This table is very solid and sturdy. You can stand on it and walk on it. It is solid as a rock. Lovely, Victorian style, caned top glass covered coffee/side table-oak
I am not sure how old it is. It was purchased in an antique shop and has been in a private home for 30 years. As you can see in the picture some of the caning is broken(I didn't even see it at first) but with the glass top it functions perfectly as a side table or coffee table.
