I have seen many flower frogs but none as unique as this one I found at an estate sale. It is what I believe to be a Koi fish. It measures 10" from mouth to tail and is almost 3" tall at the highest point and weighs 2 lbs. There is a patent# and it states made in Japan. This has been painted a gold color. Antique RARE Cast Iron & Metal Wire Arrangement Holder Flower Frog
Description This unusual and rare antique flower frog would have been used to create a beautiful floral arrangement. Vintage flower frogs are very popular and still used today. This one dates to c1920. The top wire is in a star shape. The others are circles to hold the flower stems. The wires can be bent to allow flowers to rest in any direction. The heavy cast metal base holds the flowers securely. These frogs will fit in the bottom of any bowl or vase that is more than 4" diameter. The underside of the base still has its original green paint. The top paint is worn from use over the decades. Measurements: 4" in diameter at the base and is 8" tall. Vintage Antique Large Green Tole Paint Metal Garden Flower Water Watering Can
This was discovered in a very old Thousand Islands camp estate and I immediately fell in love! This quaint early watering can is a large 16" tall with the hinged top handle in an upward position. It is 9" in diameter at the base and from the outer side handle to the end of the spout spans 16" The tole can is painted in a earthy green and has a portrayal of cat tails on both sides in wonderful detail. Even the shadows cast by the cat tails and leaves is depicted giving the painting a three dimensional look. Both handles and the top and bottom of the main portion of the can are accented with black pin striping. The top handle is hinged on each side to that it can be raised or laid down on the upper rim. The outer handle has a hollow grip and a thumb rest. The spout has a right angled end. This can has seen many. Many years of ... moreuse and all of it added to it's charm. There is dents, dings, pitting and rust. The rust is most notably on the very bottom(see pic) It will NOT hold water as there is a rather large hole in that bottom. The side and spout appear to be fine. Still, this is such an attractive old piece it would make a lovely ornament in a garden. Use it as a flower pot or set other objects in it for display! Original primitive watering cans this pretty are a rare find!

The flower holder stands 2 3/4" Has 6 holes, top and bottom, and is painted green in color. The base is heavy metal. There is some paint loss and a little rust, but it is in as if new condition as far as structurally. It is a little tacky on the bottom from florist clay. 2. One Antique crystal cut rose bowl with the original flower frog insert. Nicely appointed with engravings of swags and flower. No monograms. This is really a special and beautiful piece. Measures approximately 4" high. The cage is easily removed when it comes time to clean the cut crystal bowl. This beauty is in excellent previously owned condition without any chips or scratches except where it sits on ... morethe bottom. Just normal wear for a piece well enjoyed and with good reason. 3. This antique planter does have wear& I'm not sure that the top hanger is original. But it is the same just painted white. The 9 spots that hook to the tower are 3 1/8" wide. The bottom one is 7 1/2" wide. The tower is the cool part. You can put a thick mulch in it& plant in it too, I had to dig the antique mulch out of it. Flower Frog: Brass & Metal Adjustable Sunflower Form
This is quite a large flower frog made from a heavy metal and brass. The 5.25" metal base with grid pattern retains its original green paint and is imprinted"No. 8" on the bottom. The top side attaches to brass wirework which is domed over the bottom grid and has a movable petal-shaped border which adjusts up and down. Each loop has a brass wrap to hold the wires to each other. It resembles a beautiful sunflower. The condition is quite good. No apologies even for a bit of peeling paint, and residual dirt is included! I would date this frog to c. 1920-40's. I charge only exact shipping fees and pack well.

Up for sale is this very cool metal flower frog. Very heavy! Weighs about 2 1/2 lbs and is a really cool shape. This one measures almost 7" long at the longest side and measures just shy of 1 3/4" high. There are a few little paint chipps on the edges and a few on the bottom. Inside is in great condition all of the spikes are in place and not broken. There is a water line around the inside that may come out with a good cleaning. Very Cool!

It is 5" x 2.25" x 2" The next is an unmarked green frog with most of the paint worn off. The top of this one is pushed in a little. It is 2" round x 2" tall. The next two are Vogue no. 70 flower frogs. They are 2.25" round x 1.5" tall. The last is an unmarked aluminum square frog. It is 3" square x 2" tall. One is black and the other copper colored. The two small ones are 1.25" round. One here is black and the other copper colored. The rectangle is 1" x 1.25" All are used and have some debris still in the nails. There are no nails ... moremissing. There is also a pack of two Panacea Products flower frogs. These are new in the box. Someone cut the box into a circle around the frogs, but they are still sealed in the package. They are 1" round. Antique Lead Flower Frog. Wonderful old flower frog in the form of romaine lettuce leaves. This piece is unmarked and made of lead; it weighs 14.7 ounces. It appears to be a handmade item and has an irregular shaped circular base with applied tabs to hold the sections together. It has a green painted finish which in our opinion is original. The frog stands 3 1/8” 8 cm) tall and has six open bottom sections to hold the flower stems. The flat base has a diameter of 3 ¾” 9.4 cm) measured at its widest point. Condition: This flower holder is in very good condition. But does have one break in the flat base. There is slight discoloration on the top of the green base, possibly from hard water staining. Probably one of the teeniest old flower frogs that I have sold- this cutie measures 1" by a smidge over 1" and is 13/16" tall. It feels solid and hefty for its size. Though- although it's only a couple of ounces. Made of a grey metal that a magnet does not stick to, it is in excellent solid and sturdy condition, with 25 spikes on top to hold your flowers- the spike are still quite sharp too! It could use a good cleaning- I have not cleaned it at all, and it shows white residue that looks like oxidation. No other issues- it's a cutie patootie that will do your flowers proud!
