It is stamped on the bottom Stickley Bros. Co Grand Rapids. Right now the top is unscrewed form the base, I thought I would leave it that way because it would be easier to move. I do have the srews that came with it to put it back together. It also has one drawer in the front. It does have a few chips(see in pictures) and it looks like there was a burn or something on the top(see pictures) you can see the dark spots. It does look like it has been refinished at some time. This unique sand cast bronze table base was purchased by me 5 years ago at a Midwest auction. I used it in my home with a round glass on the top. The table base is very old. The design is of 3 sea serpents. The signature on the base says" J. Moignier. See photo of signed base. The base is 18" in diameter. The top is 32" in diameter, and the table base is 17 1/2" tall. With a little research I found out this ornate solid bronze table was patented in 1929. By Edward E. Ekvall who represented the W.H. Howell Co. It is a 10 piece assembely which is fastened together with brass screws and the acorn finial in the center. It is a very ornate yet sturdy table with a wonderful patina, and each leg and the top ring are stamped"Pat. 78,457,and the number.587" There are some welds on the underneath sides of a pieces which appear to be repairs or reinforcements, but none can be seen when upright. It takes a glass insert for the table top, but the one that came with my purchase has been painted in a faux marble fashion(one may wish to scrape clean/ replace/ or leave as is) The table without the glass is 24 lbs. of SOLID bronze and it measures 20 1/2"W x 18"T. The cats paw feet have very nice detail and I added a close up photo of each one plus they measure 16 inches apart from one another then this stands from the bottom of the cats paw feet to the top of its round wood top 27 3/4 inches. The iron is all original with nice patina and in nice condition but its wood top which is old plywood and measures 16 inches across its center has a crack in its center on the one side which shows in photo one. The plywood top can be easily removed by taking out the four mounting screws from its base then you could jig saw cut a round piece of cherry, oak or what you prefer then also make the top any size you wanted. This is a pretty vintage wicker tea cart with a wooden bottom. The glass top tray is removable. It's dimensions are 33.5" L x 21" W x 29" H. It has one center front wheel that makes turning very easy. Rolls well. I believe the wheels themselves are wooden with a rubber edge. Iron wheel rods. I found it in the back of a barn. It was painted a light green and was being used as a work shop table. It was love at first sight but the old green paint was chipping and did not go with the decor in my home so I had it stripped and refinished to its beauty today. Most of the wood on the table is Oak. There are 3 boards out of 16 boards that make the table top that are another type of wood. I'm thinking maybe it's cherry but I am not a wood expert. The table has Queen Ann style legs. Legs and skirt are painted a barn red color with the top being stained. This table is very solid and sturdy. You can stand on it and walk on it. It is solid as a rock. 45" Round Solid Base Pedestal Table-Vintage
Vintage Solid Wood Pedestal Table. 45" Round& 30" High. Table has option to add a leaf but there is not one. Don't know the type of wood that this is made of but the coloring is in the family of maple. Walnut& darker wood tones. Vintage WROUGHT IRON PLANT STAND Side Table Removable Brass Tray Gold Antique
Gold painted wrought iron stand This is a nice older wrought iron stand or side table. It is painted an antique gold. This also has a removable tray that I believe is brass. I assume the tray is original since it fits so well in the table. This may have been used for an ashtray. I haven't found any marks on the tray or the stand to indicate a manufacturer. This is in nice vintage condition. There are some small areas of paint loss and the tray may clean up with a polishing. If desired. This measures approximately 24" tall. Simply elegant. U p for auction is a beautiful wooden fern/plant/statue stand. This stand measures 39" tall. 11" bottom diameter, and 8" top diameter. In good used condition. No cracks or splits. Shows a little wear on top where things have sat on top of it. No major scratches, but the finish is off just a bit where something(a fern? sat on top of it at one time. This stand is very old, as evidenced by the type of screws in the bottom. This wonderful piece would be a great addition to any room in your house.
