This is a custom mirror made out of a hard to find style of 9 light late 1800's sash window frame. All of the original glass was taken out. All the glaze removed, brand new mirror cut to size, placed in with window pins, and caulked in on back side, mirrow is solid not rot or any thing like that the wood its self shows its age which is what makes these peices so cool. vintage sash lock put back on the mirrow. this item is for u.s shipping only and shipping is included in the sale price. these are being custom made by me and a freind of mine if you have any specific size or style needs please send me a email for a price quote. Antique French windows salvaged from a former cream production plant(see last photo) in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The plant was built during the 1890's and many of the windows were original to the plant's construction. Although a few windows may have been made after that period; all are solid wood. Each window is made of solid pine and has 9 glass lites. No hardware included. These windows were originally installed as double-hung pairs. If you buy several windows with the intention of installing them as pairs. Please let us know after the auction. The lites are secured with old-fashioned glazier's putty on the exterior(green) side. The putty on the majority of the windows is in great shape. And will not need replacement for many years. However, if a lite were to break once you install the windows; you would need to completely scrape off the old putty, which could be as hard as cement, remove the glazing points, put in the replacement lite, reinsert the points, add new putty, and allow to dry. Not only is it a long, tedious, and messy job to replace a lite, but if you don't have experience doing it, the results may look awful. French windows with cast brass pulls These windows are from the 1920's or 40's. Each set consists of an upper and lower sash complete with lock and window pulls. The hardware is all solid brass. You are bidding on One Antique East Lake Victorian Cast Iron Window Sash Latch Lock with Keeper. The lock measures 2 1/4" long and 1 1/2" wide. The keeper measures 2 1/4" long and about 1/2" wide. There is minor surface rust on the piece and is marked on the bottom Pat'd Feb 7 1871. There is paint residue on the bottom of both pieces. I do not see any chips. Breaks or missing parts. This is an old piece and is not perfect. I am not an expert so please examine the pictures closely and determine condition for yourself.
