THIS IS AN ANTIQUE TABLE I BOUGHT FROM AN ESTATE SALE HERE IN MICHIGAN. THE LADY I BOUGHT IT FROM SAID IT IS MAHOGANY WOOD AND WAS IN HER FAMILY FOR GENERATIONS. AND THAT SHE EVEN REMEMBERED AN OLD BLACK AND WHITE PHOTO OF HER GRANDFATHER'S HOUSE WITH THE TABLE IN IT, UNFORTUNATELY SHE COULDN'T FIND THAT PICTURE FOR ME. SHE SAID IT WAS MOST LIKELY FROM THE LATE 1800s/EARLY 1900s, I DON'T KNOW IT IS VERY BEAUTIFUL AND HAS 2 CARVED FIGURES IN THE FRONT 2 LEGS. There is a tiny piece missing of the joiner work on the upper tier. Please review the photos to see how tiny it is- it is triangular in shape and less that 1/4" I believe the wood on the upper and lower part of the table is mahogany. Vintage CELLU LOID- PLASTIC TYPE MATERIAL Miniature Table with removable Top. I think it is a salesman sample or maybe a trinket box. But I am not an expert. The top looks to have a leather looking top that is removable. The table is approximately 5" tall and the top is 4 3/8" round. I do not think it is a toy. It is too well made. I purchased this at an estate sale a few weeks ago so it is in very good gently used condition with NO chips and NO cracks. It does have some wear on it from age. The three legs have a gold color pa int on them to look like feet The front of the piece has gold paint on it to look like a pull out drawer with lock. This is a great rare piece.

This antique table stand caught my eye. It is very uni que. I could not find what category to put it under. It is hand carved. Rough cut in some areas, like under the table top. Looks like a rooster/chicken bird of some sor t carved legs. Two of the screws look like the original. The other leg ha s a newer screw replaced in that one. I do not know the age. Looks as though it had a design in the center of table. Cannot quite make out what it was. The one tabl e leg needs to be tightened. Not much. I did not tighten. did not want to mess around with it. We have had these legs for years and years. Holding on to them to make a cabinet or table. They are in really good shape except for one leg is missing a small piece on the bottom curve but could easily be made and replaced. They need a good cleaning but are rare and very pretty. We have no idea what type of wood they are made out of.

Heavy Antique Vintage Hard Wood Sewing Table with Folding Square Tapered Legs!
This lot is for a solid hardwood sewing table. The tabletop and legs are stained a dark mahogany. The underside of the tabletop is unstained and looks like cherry wood, although I can't be sure about the kind of wood. The wood strap that serves as a spring to hold the legs in place while open is solid oak. I have tried to picture the two cracks in the tabletop. One of them is a glue joint that separated the other looks like the result of a screw during assembly. There are also two 1/8" holes from a drill or nail that go through the tabletop. The table wobbles from side to side. Not because the legs are loose, but because of the folding mechanism. The tabletop measures 33 1/2" x 24" and stands 29 from the floor. Up for sale is this heavy duty reclaimed wood table. Table legs are heavy heavy cast iron legs. They came off a LeBlonde lathe. The legs are probably from the 50's. They look like they have been painted 100 times. Very cool pieces on their own. The top is hard wood. Possibly maple. It has dents, dings, and holes in it. Some burns and nicks. Minor paint marks. These give the top piece a lot of character. Both pieces came out of an old factory in Detroit, MI. The size of the table top is 58" X 28" X 30" tall. Large Round Mahogany Dining Table - Ornately Carved Acanthus Legs, Lion Paw Feet
This may be the most beautiful table one could ever actually own. It certainly is worthy of a castle! In the years of our ownership I have watched for any similar table. With no luck. Because of this, we cannot make any estimate as to age or origin. It is not new, please see the pictures, which show the construction. Solid mahogany. Not veneer. Table top measures 66" across. The ornately carved legs spread to a width of 60" the scale is perfect. There is one seam in the top, at the 4' mark. The table seats eight easily. The table was refinished less than ten years ago. Removing several layers of paint and a floral motif. It was hand refinished, no vats of stripper. When we got the top clean and saw the seam, I worried that it was vulnerable, and had a patch installed by a master carpenter on the bottom across the seam. No doubt ... moreit was overkill, but it does now have a patch on the reverse of the tabletop- see pics. The underside of the table and the interior of the drum are shown so that you can see the construction methods. Please note that we did not strip the underside and it still shows some light cream paint. Each of legs. And the carved lion paw feet measure 6" across. The drum that they attach to measures 16" across. There are a few slight blemishes. Namely a series of pindots in the top center, about 1/2" across- just did not sand them out. Also along the"skirt" there are a few nicks, as seen in the photos. Other than those things. The table is in excellent condition. Victorian at least, am hoping that the EBay audience can see the extreme high quality and craftsmanship of the table. Top comes off. I did replace the original nuts. This auction is for a very unique and neat Lamp. Side, End Table from England with a magazine rack base with"caned" sides. This is a first for me. I have never seen a table made like this one. It's made out of Solid Oak with a double beveled edge top. It has"bobbin" style legs going from the table top to the top of the magazine rack, then the legs are square down to the very unique legs and pad style feet. The"caning" is in good condition on both sides without any tears or holes. The oak"dividers" on the base are in good shape without any breaks or splits. It's quite a find and this style is not very common. The beveled edge top is 20" X 15" and 28 1/8" tall. The caned sides are 18" X 11 1/2" tall. It's about 3 1/2" between the dividers. It has a dark oak patina ... moreto it and is a little darker in real life than the pictures show. It has some dings.
