Antique Heavy Cast Iron Scrollwork Dining Table Base The base is 28" tall and the base measures 35" wide from one foot to the opposite foot. The upper"x" table support is 19" wide. Each direction. There are holes in the ends of the top"x" so that a table top or substructure can be screwed down to it. The tube in the center of the cast iron base is hollow- 1 3/4" in diameter inside. The tube is not open ended. So if you wanted to use as a patio table base, a pole would not go all the way to the ground. Aesthetically speaking, that would probably look better anyway. The base is incredibly sturdy. Weighs about 45 pounds and it once held a 200 pound bluestone table top. It is very solid and an incredible piece of craftsmanship. VINTAGE PAINTED TWISTED WROUGHT IRON & MARBLE TOP SIDE TABLE
Details: A vintage wrought iron side table with an inset pinkish/ brown marble top. As you can see. The iron base has a lovely twisted motif that encircles the top with a scalloped drape, as well as accents where the legs join the bottom shelf. The ivory paint appears to be original. I am not sure of the exact age or where it was made, but it appears to have some age on it, and is similar in style to some Italian wrought iron furniture I have seen from the late 40's, early 50's. Works great as a bedroom or living room end table or you could use it as a garden table, or in a sun room. The table measures 23 1/2" high x 24 1/2" wide x 18 1/4" deep. Condition: Overall condition is good. Paint shows signs of wear consistent with age, paint loss, chips, and rust in some places. Antique Steampunk NYB Company NY Vintage Industrial Cast Iron Drafting Table. Table Top is approximately 81 1/2" Long x 40 1/2" Wide x 1 1/8" Thick. When cranked all the way down with the table top flat it sit approximately 38" above the floor. When cranked all the way up with the table top flat it sit approximately 46" above the floor. To raise and lower the drafting table you turn the lower wheel facing the draftperson/architect. You turn the wheel clockwise to raise the drafting table or counterclockwise to lower the drafting table. Once you have the drafting table at the desired height it stays in that position until you turn the wheel. The drafting table tilts/angles approximately 75 degrees towards the draftperson/architect without the two bolts as seen in the photo there is an additional 5 to 10 degrees of ... moretilt towards the draftperson/architect. The bolts are there because the retired engineer who used this drafting table for work changed its function to a regular table for his reasons. To adjust the drafting table top to the tilt/angle you want you turn the top wheel which is facing out on the right side of the drafting table. You turn the wheel counterclockwise to release the pressure so you can adjust the tilt/angle of the drafting table. Then you turn the wheel clockwise to apply pressure to secure the position of the tilt/angle of the drafting table top. You can see the gears and mechanisms in the photos. This is an absolutely stunning round oak butcher block table with a beautiful cast iron base. The top measures 49" across. 155" in diameter and 1 3/4" wide. The total height with the base is 29" The top has few imperfections. But there is one small prominent stain or black mark on the table which I have included in the pictures. I chose not to make any changes(sanding, staining, sealing) to the top as it has the perfect imperfections. The base has the original reddish/brown paint. It would be very easy to paint it the color of your choice. There is light surface rust on the legs of the base. This is a very unique piece. I've never seen a round butcher block table top and I don't think the pictures do it justice. I don't know the time period of this table or if the top originally came with the base. ANTIQUE 3 CATS PAW FEET OLD IRON WOOD TOP PEDISTAL TABLE STAND FURNITURE
Here is an antique iron cats paw pedestal stand. The cats paw feet have very nice detail and I added a close up photo of each one plus they measure 16 inches apart from one another then this stands from the bottom of the cats paw feet to the top of its round wood top 27 3/4 inches. The iron is all original with nice patina and in nice condition but its wood top which is old plywood and measures 16 inches across its center has a crack in its center on the one side which shows in photo one. The plywood top can be easily removed by taking out the four mounting screws from its base then you could jig saw cut a round piece of cherry, oak or what you prefer then also make the top any size you wanted. Gold painted wrought iron stand This is a nice older wrought iron stand or side table. It is painted an antique gold. This also has a removable tray that I believe is brass. I assume the tray is original since it fits so well in the table. This may have been used for an ashtray. I haven't found any marks on the tray or the stand to indicate a manufacturer. This is in nice vintage condition. There are some small areas of paint loss and the tray may clean up with a polishing. If desired. This measures approximately 24" tall. I took closeups of corners that have chipped from use. to me does not detract. the smaller table measures just about 17" tall. 8 3/4" square. she weighs just about 6 pounds. the glass also intact. one corner with small chip. Up for sale is this heavy duty reclaimed wood table. Table legs are heavy heavy cast iron legs. They came off a LeBlonde lathe. The legs are probably from the 50's. They look like they have been painted 100 times. Very cool pieces on their own. The top is hard wood. Possibly maple. It has dents, dings, and holes in it. Some burns and nicks. Minor paint marks. These give the top piece a lot of character. Both pieces came out of an old factory in Detroit, MI. The size of the table top is 58" X 28" X 30" tall. We're not sure how old it is. It was purchased at an old garage sale well before the 80s as it was already here at that time. It may be from the 50s or 60s? maybe before. Not really sure. We know these tables are fairly valuable. This item was used in a commercial studio for many decades and despite that. And some minor staining on it, it's in extremely good condition. Please check the photos of this very rare and beautiful tile top table from the 1920's. This table features 28 hand made tiles depicting a 16th century sailing ship. The tiles have fine detail. And color indicative of the period. Two tiles are cracked and there are numerous surface scratches. The grout is in good condition. All tiles are securely set in a heavy iron tray. The base is very well constructed from 5/16" x 5/8" flat iron bar. And is totally sound. Very unique and great patina. The shipping quote is maximum from coast to coast. You may be charged LESS!
