Solid brass banjo style side sash lock with a oil rubbed bronze finish. For use with double hung windows. The side sash lock is anchored to the side of the window frame. When the lever is turned the stop plate applies pressure to the sash thus locking the lower sash window in place and in any position. Lock and keeper were given a fast cleaning and wiped down with an oiled rag but other than that it’s being sold ... morein as found condition. The approximate measurements are 2 ¼” long x 1 1/8” deep at their base and the keeper is about 2 ¼” x 5/8” deep. I also have others listed just like these but a little larger.
