You are bidding on One Antique East Lake Victorian Cast Iron Window Sash Latch Lock with Keeper. The lock measures 2 1/4" long and 1 1/2" wide. The keeper measures 2 1/4" long and about 1/2" wide. There is minor surface rust on the piece and is marked on the bottom Pat'd Feb 7 1871. There is paint residue on the bottom of both pieces. I do not see any chips. Breaks or missing parts. This is an old piece and is not perfect. I am not an expert so please examine the pictures closely and determine condition for yourself. The lift with the spring hook measures 1 15/16" across and about 1 1/2" tall at the tallest point. The springs are very strong and work well on both hooks. The bottom part with the receptacle hook measures 1 7/8" across and 3/4" tall. Both hooks come with 4 screws possibly original. They possibly have never been used- NOS. 2 Antique Original Victorian Wooden Shutters East lake 40"x7 1/8" & 38"x 7 1/4"
You are bidding on 2 Antique(Turn of the century) Victorian Shutters which measure(1) 40" x 7 1/8" x 1" 2) 38 3/4" x 7 1/4" x 1" Shutters are in overall good condition for their age and solid. Louvers on both shutters do work, but the Vertical rod for the larger shutter is broken in half. And will need to be glued(see picture) The bottom of the broken rod is a little chewed up also. The original Brass East Lake latch hardware is not included(has been sold separately) But the hinges are included with the smaller shutter. Please be aware this a mismatched set. Currently this set is only available for local pickup. But please email if you are interested.
