One(1) antique cast brass window latch. Overall these are in very good condition. As seen some have more paint that others left on them. I did not clean them becuase some people like the"chippy" look. The paint does come off relatively easy. All of them turn freely. Some need a little more effort than others but all do move easily. These are not solid brass, they are some sort of cast brass because they are magnetic. You will receive 6 screws with eash set as well. Most of the screws are like the ones pictured, I do have some that are phillips head. By chance you dont need or want the screws please let me know. They all have 2131 casted into the bottom of the latch. Please view pictures closely. This auction is for 10 sets of latches. They are a unique mechanism that snugly locks one section to the other. They are pressed steel with a pleasing antique bronze finish. An assembled set measures 1.75" x 1 5/8" They were made in the 1990's from an authentic 1920's design and my supply is very limited.

My eBay name says it all.liquidators. I was an eBay seller back in 2000 and I sold to meet a financial goal. Life has a way of taking over such that when my goal was hit my inventory just sat in storage. Well. I have to admit not only did it sit but over the years I have added to it. Due to my fiancé in all likelihood having to move overseas due to work in 2015 and me tagging along I HAVE TO liquidate my inventory. And yes, I have that much that I need to start now. So, I will be listing an item auction style and if within a certain time frame it is not sold it is going to a consignment auction house. So, if you like it, get it while the getting is good. My prices will be rock bottom due to the amount of items which need to be sold. I really am trying to liquidate my inventory but I have to admit my true passion is architectural salvage ... morework. This I can't stop doing and I just love saving these wonderful items before the elements of nature or a bulldozer claims them. These were salvaged out of an old garage workshop. There are three sets here in a primitive style. Two have an offset to them which can be seen in the last photo and the third is a flush mount.
