Antique exterior windows salvaged from an old home in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Each window is made of solid pine and has 9 wavy glass lites. Glazier's Putty: Each of the window's glass lites are secured with old-fashioned glazier's putty on the exterior side. The putty on the majority of the windows is brittle and cracked and should be replaced. We could do this for you. Email us for a quote. I f a lite were to break once you install the windows; you would need to completely scrape off the old putty. Which could be as ... morehard as cement, remove the glazing points, put in the replacement lite, reinsert the points, add new putty, and allow to dry. Not only is it a long, tedious, and messy job to replace a lite, but if you don't have experience doing it, the results may look awful. This auction is for 2 matching antique stained glass windows. These items are from the Arts& Crafts era. There were square nails in these items which is evidenced from the wooden marks left. The one is smaller than the other because someone cut it down. Originally. These windows were the larger size noted. There are no details regarding these items. They are mounted in wooden window frames. One measures 30 1/4" long by 21 1/4" wide the glass panel measures 28" long by 18" wide. The glaze is no intact on the back of the window but there are copper nails that hold the item in place. Window# 2. Measures 32 1/2" long by 21 1/4" wide the glass panel measures 28" long by 18" wide. I tried to capture all of the age spots/issues that these items have. There are(5) antique Mission Arts& Crafts Movement cast iron window-sash locks wit an'Eastlake' design. All are patent dated. There are(3) matching same patent-dated 1887 antique cast iron window sash-locks which have their original matching and fitted keepers, each one has a pretty ball finial at top made of brass(see pics) these locks are'1887' patent dated underneath in raised lettering and read: PAT DEC 27 87(the number"87" refers to 1887) these three locks have a wonderful Mission period'Arts& Crafts Movement' EASTLAKE design pattern embossed on the surfaces of each matching lock with a flower on one lever of each(see ... morepics) and a geometric raised design on each as well, all three of these window sash locks appear to be in good working order and in very good condition-PLEASE read entire description-one has old thick yellowish paint on it which could be removed-I left them and it in'as found' condition and only applied a light organic natural oil to clean and preserve the iron(see pics) both of the levers on the sash locks turn and manually rotate easily, each of these(3) locks has its matching keeper(see pics) on two of these locks there are no dents-chips-cracks-holes-splits-broken or bent parts, on one of these locks underneath there is a chipped piece of iron where the catch would be to hold the lever-this piece had been chipped of one this one lock underneath-it still works-it still holds the lever only it doesn't'catch' it into place-see pic included of this lock in close-up pic of bottom of locks provided) each one has some expected wear from age and use(see pics) each lock measures approx. with levers fully extended lengthwise 2 1/8" long x almost 1.5" deep x 1.25" tall, keepers measure approx. 2.25" long x 3/4" wide x 3/4" tall,

The high end houses in the 1920's and 1930's had a 4" jamb instead of a 3 1/4" jamb which means this is a much thicker and heavier sash than most. In& Dated Antiques For your consideration is this wonderful lot of 12 old wood window sashes. These were removed from an old farmhouse in mid Missouri believed to be built in the mid 1870's for Judge Frye. These sashes are of mortise and tenon construction with wood pegs holding the tenons in the mortises. The sizes are quite large at(7) being 29" wide and 36" tall and(5) being 29" wide and 34" tall with rare 2 vertical panes. 4 sashes have all glass intact. 3 have one glass intact and 5 have no glass. This is a circa 1910. Arts and Crafts Period solid brass window sash lift. The lift measures 3 1/8" wide x 1 5/8" in height, with a 3/8" depth. The brass lift is unused and is one of a set of 30 that are available. Many of the lifts are still in their original paper. Some that have lost their wrappings have some oxidation and other wrapped brass is as original. There are some missing screws in the set. They are being sold per lift with 30 available. New Old Stock 9 Pane Wood Grid/Grille that is 31 5/8" by 33 5/8" / Arts & Crafts
Hello. This is Brand New Old Stock and was recently discovered. They are used for Wooden Windows to convert a Single Pane Glass Window into a 9 Pane Glass Window. They were made to remove in order to ease the process of cleaning the glass. Can be used in many other way's such as Craft Making and in Re purposing Artistic Ways. I did not push the pieces together all the way because if I did, I would not be able to get them back apart without damaging them. Although New New Old Stock, I am removing Pieces from Original Packaging in Order to Quality Assure you are getting what is described and taping them back together. The Assembly& Instructions have been included in two photographs. The Measurements are 31 5/8" by 33 5/8" so if you are using it in your existing window, you will need about this size for them to work. There ... moreare 4 Set Pins Included. You may be able to cut these down to fit if they are a little large for your window.
