Vintage Antique Interior Louvered Wooden Shutters
You are bidding on sets of interior louvered wooden shutters. There are 8 panels in all and measure 24" x 7" for each panel(excluding the center and end pieces which measure nearly 2 inches each) I provided plenty of pictures to show the beauty and condition of these fine pieces. I am not a professional grader but I would have to say they are in very good condition or better. They are used and have some normal wear. All louvers\blinds have been tested before shipping and raise up and down very well. These pieces are great for any collector. Home interior designer, the casual decorator, or the creative mind. Looks extremely good in the country setting, as wall art, or as pieces for props in pictures. I only ship to the Continental US 48 states and only accept Paypal. I am offering one pair of antique SHUTTERS for auction. This set has 4 panels to make the size. 25 3/4" x 35 1/4'high. Two movable louver slats(1 1/2" are in each side. Opening measures 12" x 3" I'm not sure if that hole was used as a peep hole or gun barrel opening! 4 panels. Two left, two right. Hook& latch closure, Wood looks like chestnut. Tongue& groove fabrication, Stained walnut(dark brown finish) Great used condition. Wood shows some gouges, scratches and scuffs, Hinges are rusty too. I think these were here when Jesus was a baby! Overall these are in pretty fine shape for their age. Sturdy. Not loose or wobbly! Louvers close tightly and operate smoothly. No missing louver hooks or hinge pins. Heavy and really nice! SET OF ANTIQUE LOUVERED INTERIOR WINDOW SHUTTERS 32 3/4" W x 34 1/2" High D
This is a set of antique or vintage interior window shutters with functional louvers. They measure 32 3/4" wide x 34 1/2" high. This is the actual pair that you will receive. They are complete with hinges and latches. There is a chip in the upper left corner which you can see in the pictures. The slats appear to be all intact. You will have to loosen up the rod that operates the louvers. The back is darker as you can see in the pictures as they would have been facing the sun. We have some other matching shutters presently listed, you can check the window shutter category of our store. They are available for pickup or can be delivered by Fed Ex ground for 16.80 including insurance to the lower 48 states. We will gladly combine lots to save on shipping costs whenever possible.
