Sash lifts-full NOS box of 25, Antique Copper/Japanned finish.
A full box of 25 sash lifts with screws(2 for each lift) 3" long by 1.5" wide. These are Sargent's Tarlton design and are in beautiful condition. The Antique Copper finish was popular from around 1890-1930s and is a finish that was almost always applied over steel and thus is rare to find in excellent condition due to the steel showing rust over the decades. A periodic smear of linseed oil is recommended in order to prevent that. They still have their original paper wrappers and I've opened a few to check that the screws were there but haven't opened them all. So I'm assuming they are as I did count them and it appears that the lifts had never been taken out of their box. The pic shows 12 lifts but there are 13 below those.

The body of the lock and the keeper are made of solid, heavy, thick, cast iron. Originally. The parts were copper-plated, however, some of the copper wore off over the years leaving them with a nice, distressed finish. The amount of copper varies from part to part; see group photos for a visual. At the point of salvage. The parts were found painted, dirty, and rusty(see last photo) Since then, we've cleaned and polished them, allowing the true beauty of the design to show forth. 12 Antique Matching Victorian Window Sash Pulls Hardware Copper? Patina FANCY! !
Here are twelve(12) antique Victorian era window sash pulls. I believe they are copper but I am no expert. They all have the same footprint and have the same pattern. However. 5 of them have a bend where the pull comes off from the base. I show this in photo 10 comparing the most extreme bend with a normal one. The others with bends vary in degree of bend but are less than one shown in photo 10. I'm not sure if these bends are on purpose or where altered at a later date. They are super strong and don't know how they would have been bent after manufacturing. In photo 11. I show you one that is bent where the screw hole is.
