This auction is for a nice. Vintage pie holder/display piece made by Standard Chair of Gardner, Massachusetts. It stands just over 3 feet high and is about 11 inches wide. Each wooden pie-holder is 9 inches in diameter(they are beveled- top area is 8 inches in diameter. Very nice piece made of wood. It has been in storage for years(climate-controlled) Needs some touch-up. more so on the bottom stand than anywhere else. Unique Oak Side Lamp End Table Magazine Rack from England With Caned Sides
This auction is for a very unique and neat Lamp. Side, End Table from England with a magazine rack base with"caned" sides. This is a first for me. I have never seen a table made like this one. It's made out of Solid Oak with a double beveled edge top. It has"bobbin" style legs going from the table top to the top of the magazine rack, then the legs are square down to the very unique legs and pad style feet. The"caning" is in good condition on both sides without any tears or holes. The oak"dividers" on the base are in good shape without any breaks or splits. It's quite a find and this style is not very common. The beveled edge top is 20" X 15" and 28 1/8" tall. The caned sides are 18" X 11 1/2" tall. It's about 3 1/2" between the dividers. It's a well made table with the classic sweeping cabriolet legs, wavy cut to the apron or skirt under the table top and both the top and shelf have a"double beveled" edge.
