This chart is dated"1986" so it's is over 25 YEARS OLD. It includes Harrisville Harbor. Rogers City and Calcite as well as Alpena Harbor Additional printed info: 1:120.000 23rd Ed. May 3/86 14864 Loran-C Overprinted Size: 36"W x 47.75"H(approximately) Condition: full color. Heavy weight paper, sturdy, some ex-tape marks on edges and some tape still on edges. Many large red marker notes on map. All six of the major interior fold corners have holes- from pencil-sized to one that is a full 1/2"tear length. The 2 bottom-edge folds have 1-inch vertical tears. The one lower right, right side fold has a 1/2" tear in it. There are a few pin holes(around 6) in the top 1/4 of the map. There is staining along the folds as well as other random small stains, tears, creases etc. NOTE: these maps are meant to last. So unlike normal paper the tears, pinholes, etc. do not affect the integrity of the map. They are very thick and not fragile. IF YOU LOOK AT THE PICTURES CAREFULLY YOU CAN SEE WHERE THE MAKER, FUSED THE TWO FLOATS TOGETHER TO PERFORM AS ONE UNIT. THE WEBBING ENCLOSES BOTH UNITS AND HAS A LOOP AT EACH END. THE FLOATS APPEAR TO BE GREEN BUT ARE ACTUALLY CLEAR WITH A HINT OF GREEN. THESE FLOATS WERE NOT BLOWN FREEHAND, BUT WERE BLOWN IN WOOD MOLDS TO ASSURE THE MAKER OF UNIFORM SIZE. This is a antique brass nautical ship lantern with a red glass bulb. Made a round 1904.All original. Made by W.M& Harv ie and Co. Ltd. The lamp has a dee p red glass bulb. The bulb measures 7 inches tall by 9 inches in diam eter. The lamp s height is 17 1/2 inches tall and 13 inches in diamet er. Antique Brass Nautical Light Ship Lantern This is a heavy(7-1/2lb. antique brass ship lantern. It is in good condition with the exception of several dents and a bent section of the guard. Please see photos. The internal lamp part is missing but a big 22oz Yankee Candle fits inside perfectly! Candle not included. The fixture is ventilated on top and bottom. It was designed for a flame burning oil lamp originally. The patina is nice. The glass lens is in great shape. The silver colored reflector inside is also in excellent condition.
