There are several large folded maps, only one with damage was the one shown, seams only opened, rest untouched or nothing happened when opened. This is one of the more popular New Hampshire atlases for collectors. But unfortunately this one is not a complete atlas, nor in great shape. If you're reading this you're probably familiar with this atlas already, but what makes this special is the individual houses for each town are labeled with the owners name- a true gem for genealogical purposes. You can see who used to live in your house or where ancestors used to live. The atlas measures 17.5" x 15" This is a great opportunity to be able to use individual maps without ruining a good atlas. Original 15 inch by 13 inch 1878 plat map for Polk County Wisconsin. Original maps. One side has Polk county showing all the towns in the county. Very interesting maps with early roads. The reverse side has Hudson Bayfield Barron and River Falls city plat maps showing owners of land and lots in the city. The county map has many of the river towns listed. Many towns and points of interest are listed. Plus it has many more small towns. Email if you need names located on maps. Map is encased in a plastic sleeve therefore the reflections on the pictures. Reads very clearly and bright. Some minor tears around the outside edge over an inch from all the actual map surfaces. Some age spots but in excellent condition I do have most Dane Co township maps from 1890 I also have Wisconsin County maps for 1876 and 1878 I will be listing them individually ... moreover the coming months. 1973 City of NEW YORK ZONING MAPS Book! by City Planning Comm.! Over 130 MAPS!
Here is a binder-bound collection of over 140 individual pages by New York City's Dept. of City Planning. The book measures approx. 10 1/2" by 15" and is heavy so I'll mail it to you media mail. The cover is gray vinyl with the NY State Seal on the front and is in Ok condition as it's somewhat soiled and bent in places but the inside pages are intact. It was Issued July 1. 1973 and there's a note on the front page that a sheet was copied and replaced 11/22/74. The first few pages have water marks along their top edges but overall the collection is in pretty good shape with small edge tears along some of the bottom edges which are negligible. On the first page it reads: Based upon a Comprehension Amendment of the Zoning Resolution adopted by the Board of Estimate on December 15, 1961, and as subsequently amended. ... moreThe book consists of an Index of all 5 Boroughs and then the maps. The majority of pages have maps on one side and are blank on their reverse. John Lindsay was the mayor of NY at the time this was published. A great, early New York item! Thanks for looking!
