This was the first map of the region published in England and includes eight views of Turkish cities across the top. Including Constantinople, Jerusalem, Damascus, Alexandria, and Ormus(Hormuz) There are ten costumed figures on the sides, and a decorative title cartouche atop a mileage scale at the lower left. The coverage area extends from the Italian peninsula to the Gulf of Oman. And there are hundreds of place names, with topography shown in relief.
