This listing is for an Italian Victorian Figural Style lamp. The lamp measures 9 1/2" long x 9 1/2" wide x 24" tall(from bottom to socket) The porcelain section of the lamp measures 9 1/2" long x 7 1/2" wide x 16" tall. The figural reminds me of a Capodimonte. Some of the paint has started to chip off on the finger tips. I do not see any cracks. Chips, or repairs, but there is crazing in different part of the figural. I have wiped down the lamp but it could use a more detailed cleaning. This lamp is marked"Italy, 0693, and the name of the artist/company but I cannot make out the name. This lamp does not work. Vintage Metal Lawn Chairs 1940's -50's Mid-Century Deco Spring Bouncy Style
This is a beautiful collection of Vintage Lawn Chairs! They have such varied names. Such as. Motel, Spring, Bouncy, Clam-shell, Shell Back, Tulip, Old Metal Porch Chairs, and so on! These have been in our family for years and years and have been passed down from generation, to generation. My Great Grandmother owned a Boarding House with a Huge Porch and yard, and my Great Aunt owned a single story Motel with a covered walkway and a large yard as well, so these were passed from one to her Daughter at the Motel. Recently, my husband cleaned and painted them on the front, the seat, and the backs, but not the bottoms. Also the arms/ handles were removed(where possible) and repainted too. Many screws, nuts and bolts were replaced as well. Some of the chairs have drain holes; some are'tractor seats' most are one solid tube for the arms ... moreand base. While some have the three piece unit. The history of the Metal Lawn/ Porch Chairs is fascinating! The vintage metal or tile tables do NOT come with this set, but could be purchased separately. We much prefer to sell these as a full, complete set, since they've been that way for a long, long time.however, we may be willing to sell them in matching pairs for an agreed upon price.
