Hi: I have a very cool cast iron plant stand I'd like to sell. It holds 10 plants and all the trays swing around. It has been painted white and that paint is showing some wear. But there is very little rust. Look at photo 4 the feet would be the most likely place for rust and these are pretty clean. It's very heavy. Probabally 40 pounds or so, shipping will be expensive. Probably one of the teeniest old flower frogs that I have sold- this cutie measures 1" by a smidge over 1" and is 13/16" tall. It feels solid and hefty for its size. Though- although it's only a couple of ounces. Made of a grey metal that a magnet does not stick to, it is in excellent solid and sturdy condition, with 25 spikes on top to hold your flowers- the spike are still quite sharp too! As you can see by the pictures this seeder is in very good condition for its age. Canvas is fully in tact. NO rips or tears. All original paint on wood. Original instruction sheet still attached to bottom of seeder. Original"galvanized steel" sticker still attached. Handle works and gears spin freely. There is some rust on the canvas where the metal adjuster is but other than that it is in overall excellent condition. Vintage Garden Fence Border Edging Hoop Shabby Heavy Steel Wire 25' Roll NOS
Vintage Flower Border This flower border appears to have never been used and comes with its original paper label. This border is from the Northwestern Steel and Wire Company in Sterling. Illinois, it is a plastic coated wire that is white in color(however it is dirty right now) According to the label it is 14" tall and a 25' roll and is color guard from Sterling. It has an item number of 13623, this wire does not appear to have ever been used but it has been stored away so it is no longer white and cover with dirt and dust, some of the rubber coating appears to be missing in places. This is a neat vintage roll of wire that could easily be used to put a wire fence around a flower bed or garden area. Vintage/Antique Heavy Cast Iron Fire Front Free Standing
This is a vintage or probably antique cast iron fire front. It was cleared from a 300 year old cottage, not that I am saying it is that old! It is very heavy and was found with quite a lot of surface rust. I have cleaned a lot of it off but will still need a bit more attention before repainting. It measures 20.5 inches at it's widest point at the top. 20 inches at it's widest at the bottom and is 18.5 inches wide from the returns at the back.
