The dial stands 3 1/4" I have tried to research this piece and cannot give an exact answer to what it depicts. I know the Crest usually represents British Royalty. I thought with the thistle and tulip(both flowers depict Royalty) it could be a piece from Scotland. The various Priest or Saints could well represent Catholic figures and the Queen possible Mary Queen of Scotland. This is my interpretation.
