Antique Myers & Bro Cast Iron Hand Water Pump - Made In Ohio - Green Paint
This wonderful Antique hand water well pump is marked F.E. Myers& Bro Ashland O for Ohio. It's is stamped with No. 2446. The main body measures 26” tall and 20” wide with central cylinder 7" diameter. The original handle is 44" long and the parts move. It has been mounted on a wooden plank as shown in photos. I have not tested this with water so sold as seen. I see no chips or cracks to the cast iron and seem to be in good condition. The paint is cracked. Flaking in places and there is a little surface rust. It has been stored in a dry barn for decades hence the unusual good condition of the paint and body. This is a fantastic piece. There is no shipping available on this piece and must be picked up as weighs in a whopping 98lbs. F. E. Myers Pump Component Green Approx. 15" Pulley The pulley(flywheel) is made for a flat belt. It turns smoothly as do all internal gears. When the pulley turns. It make the clamp on the side go up and down. The top section is where the motor mounted. I believe that this would have been part of another piece of equipment like a tractor. Or there might have been a pump section the actually moved the water(or other fluid) I defer the working knowledge to you experts out there. Feel free to clue me in. It's heavy. This pump was resting in a north Florida field for at least forty years. Confirmed. The inscription on the base looks to read"Patent 1879" which would make it one of the earliest pumps created by F.E. Myers. I have not attempted to"clean it up" I can't forget the story of the woman who"cleaned" a sculpture. Depreciating its value by millions of dollars! Antique pump in excellent conditon EXCEPT for 1. a barely noticable weld spot that the pen is pointing at. I almost didn't see it. 2. a crack my finger is pointing at 3. rusty. But a"smooth" rust Made in 1912. Also stamped 1058. Rusty. Not sure if pump actually works or not. Appears to be complete. As is. No returns. Make sure you look closely at all 9 photos.

ANTIQUE F.E. MYERS & BRO DOUBLE ACTION HAND PUMP
Here is a very old hand pump made of brass and iron. The handle is embossed. F.E. MYERS& BRO on one side and ASHLAND O. U.S.A. 1114 on the other. On the intake it reads PAT. MAR. 10. 85 or 95. It has not been restored. It is painted blue and all original with the original patina. It is 25 inches tall. Good luck bidding!

Antique Cast Iron Well Pump F.E. Myers & Bro. Ashland Ohio
This cast iron Myers farm well pump is in great overall condition. Pump handle raises and lowers just like it should. No signs of breaks or cracks and everything appears to be original. It stands approx. 59" tall. Handle is approx. 38" long. Round base 11" wide with 6 bolt holes. The no. 33H is embossed on the handle along with the no. 2100 on the spout. Would make a great addition to any rustic setting. Normal wear such as some surface rust. Dust, dirt and scratches. Overall, great patina.

Pat Aug. 7-83 Nov. 20-88(1883 1888) This would make a great water feature.Yard art or what ever you want, possibly even put on your cistern well.The last photo of the pump shows a weld repair,looks good,and the 2 photos before it shows the repair and a small piece missing on the base but still a very handsome pump.It is set up for left hand use. Red weeny dog not included. Also I have a conductor cup that i'm including.shipping only in the lower 48 states.
