This is truly a conversation piece- the plow dates back to the late 1800's! The Deitz lanterns(Monarch model from 1940's) have been converted from oil lanterns to wired regular lights using everyday light bulbs. GENIUS! When pushed or pulled all the parts move too. We have had this in our garage for about 15 years, my husband kept it oiled to keep it from rusting. Antique Farm Horse Drawn Plow Blade made by Lynchburg Plough Company
This item was recently discovered while metal detecting on an old homestead in Southern West Virginia. This blade was made at the Lynchburg Plough Company from 1896 to 1902. This is a cast iron V shaped blade. The name Lynchburg 260 is found in the middle of the plow blade clearly visible. This blade makes a great blade for restoration of a horse drawn plow or makes a great wall hanger because of the Lynchburg logo on it.

Antique Vintage Horse Drawn Implement Steel Wheel Halves; Farm Decor; Ind. Art
You are bidding on a pair of vintage. Antique horse drawn implement steel wheel halves. These came off of an old horse drawn walk behind cultivator. The wheels are in rusty original condition, and the top surface has pickling or divots in the steel. These wheel rims are thick, and rusting through is not a concern. The wheels measure 30 inches wide at the base and stand approximately 11 inches tall when stuck slightly in the ground. The wheel rims are slightly over 1 inch wide. I left the center spoke a little bit long so it can stick in the ground and help anchor. These are light rims and could have a lot if different applications. I will prime and paint them a color of the winning bidders choice if desired for an additional $10 over the winning bid. Shipping is free in the continental United States.
