Offered is an antique primitive repurposed garden planter which was originally from an old commercial grain elevator. Nice patina of rust and mossy buildup. Back is a thick rubber and scoops are a heavy metal. Perhaps steel. Measures 18 1/2 x 11 in. overall and each scoop is approximately 4 1/2 in. deep. Scoops will accommodate soil and plants. Antique Architectural Salvage Fancy Hanging Brass Garden Lantern Made in France
Here for your consideration is an antique/vintage garden lantern. This is made of brass and glass and is marked FRANCE. It measures 22" including the three chain links at the top and is 10" in diameter at its widest. This features 8 glass panels in three different sizes. The middle section is where the door is located. The glass panel for the door and the panel next to it is missing. The door needs to be reattached as well. The upper portion has two glass panels that are broken but they are still in place. The lower portion has no broken glass. The brass frame is ornate in detail and has a nice architectural style. Has three curved metal prongs. On each side, that hold the sweep-bar even. Has been very well taken care of. Does have some wear. One metal prong sits right above the hole on the sweep-bar and will have to be bent back in or glued in. Buyer's choice. There is a bit of yellow coloring/paint on the shaft.
