For sale is an old 10 tine hay or silage fork head made of cast iron. Thick 4 sided tines measure approximately 17 1/2" from top of bar straight to the tip. Fork is 14 3/4" wide at the bottom and 20 1/4" in total length. Item weighs 5 lbs. 1 oz. There is rust and pitting. Great decor for garden or the home. Please note- no shipping to P. O. Vintage Rusty Shovel Head~Great Garden Sculpture~Union Fork & Hoe Co~Razor Back
This is an old rusty shovel head that was made by UNION FORK& HOE CO. It also says RAZORBACK. TEMPERED 2 on the shaft. it measures 20 1/2" from the point of the shovel to the back of the shaft. It is 8 1/2" wide at the shoulder. From the shoulder(or where you would put your foot if you were using it) to the point is 11" There is still part of a wood handle in the shaft below the bolt. It is in pretty good condition and could still be used as a shovel if you want to put on a new handle. I have a collection of rusty implements that most people like to display in their garden or use as part of a welded sculpture. Please ask questions prior to bidding.
