Nice size, and rather heavy cast iron decorative figurine on a wooden base. The figure depicts a Mare and her Foal standing next to each other. The figurine depicts a brown painted mare or female horse with a black mane, hoofs, and tail standing on all four. Her head is looking forward with a slight tilted to the right. There is a smaller baby horse(foal)0 standing next to her having the basic same colors. Both having cream coloring above the front hoofs. The two horses are screwed to a wooden base that has green felt on the bottom. The casting shows beautiful details of the horses' hair, ears, eyes, and muzzle. The figurine is painted in brown color. This piece is rather substantial and feels heavy in your hands(weighs over 1 3/4 pounds) This is a very nice decorative pieces depicting horses with nice details and quite a bit of age to it. This piece as well as several others, which we will be listing in the coming weeks, were purchased from a long time collector of animal cast iron paperweights and figurines mostly made by Hubley. This old cast iron door stop is free from any chips. Cracks or repairs. Door stop also features original paint. There are a couple of rust stain areas mostly on reverse side. Reverse is marked DONS CO INC. JOHN KRIGHT CAST IN USA. Door stop measures 7 1/2" wide and 5 1/2" tall. I estimate age to be 1940s era.

Rare Vintage Antique Cast Iron Figural Tree Branch-Trunk Plant Stand
You are looking at a great antique figural cast iron plant stand that is made to look like tree branches. Limbs, etc. I have never seen another one of these! Stand is most likely from the late 19th century. This piece was obtained at a high end estate sale recently where there were alot rare items. The hexagonal top has come loose some time ago, and was repaired by placing a bolt in it as shown, but this piece is very sturdy. The planter that I have resting in it weighs nearly 40 lbs.

up for consideration is a fine Vintage Cast Iron and Marble Figural Swan Garden Table. It measures 48 inches long by 32 inches across by 29 3/4 inches tall. The table was used in the garden for several years. It was an estate purchase. The marble is aged with a few old and new chips. It has a faux painted base. The top has some weathering and staining from being outside. The base is made of Cast iron. This form of table has been made since the latter part of the 19th century and was probably French in origins. This particular table looks to be anywhere from the 1940's to the 1960's. It measures 4 1/2" long x 1 1/2" high. It actually looks more like a toad to me as there are bumps on its legs and back, but you can be the judge. A nice set of 2 antique Victorian era Garden Gate Weights. Gate Weights was used to counter balance a heavy Garden gate. They are normally found as single items. This fine set is in the figural form of a large Fringed Tassels and are made of cast iron, they have an old coat of white paint. Overall dimensions are 5" high x 2 1/2" in diameter, they are very heavy for their size at just over 1 pound apiece. The Gate Weights are in very good overall condition with no chips or cracks in the metal. The pair has have a great natural weathered surface.
