Antique Architectural Garden Wooden ARTS CRAFTS MISSION OAK Plant Stand
Here for your consideration is an antique ARTS CRAFTS MISSION OAK plant stand. This measures 17 1/4" tall and is 12" square at the top. The legs are tapered and splay out making the base 10 1/2" square. This is constructed of solid oak and features cut-out sides and a scalloped top. There is a slight split to the top that was repaired and really only noticeable from underneath. The piece is otherwise in good sturdy condition with all other wear reflective of age and use. For a small size stand this is solid weighing almost 5.5 lbs. Can be used as a table top or floor display to enhance your ARTS CRAFTS or any decor. It looks to me as if it once had some sort of little square plates on the sides(looks like small tack or nail holes in the corners of each panel of this hexagonal candle lamp. The steel wheels roll independent of one another. None of the weathered wood is broke, gouged, split or rotten. I would guess this is vintage 1920s, you be the judge. The wheels as well as the center reel move with ease. There are hints of the original red paint on the frame. All metal parts have some surface rust only. My Grandmother just passed away recently at the age of 96. So this is pretty old as my Grandpa made it for her shortly after they married and Gram always used it every year working in her large garden to carry her plant starters. Tools, and gloves. She refused to ever upgrade to something new. He pounded it back together several times as she refused to toss it out. It still works great, one side board is warped and could use some repair but other then that it's a nice old piece. Still has some northern Michigan dirt in it too. This lovely. Unique piece came from an antique store. It's the largest antique wooden planter I've ever seen. It measures 49 inches long. 14 1/2 inches deep and 19 1/2 inches tall. It has its original tin/zinc liner. Some seams to the wood. Wear to paint and some bowing to the wood, but this is very sturdy. It's weathered perfectly. This auction is for an old wooden holder. This could be used as a waste basket. Umbrella holder, or even a planter. It is made of wood. I would guess it to be around 100 years old. It has a nice worn look on the outside but still has a nice look to it. The inside has what appears to be the original paint. It stands on four legs. Structurally it is sound. It is really well made and really sturdy. Also the bottom of the feet have a metal insert in the middle for it to sit on. The bottom may be the only thing not original that may have been replaced at some time, it look like a composite of some kind where the rest is solid wood. Also not sure how it is put together however I see no nails but it is sturdy more so than glue points would have been, real tight joints maybe mortised. Extremely Rare Antique Primitive Wooden Plant / Crop / Rose Duster
You are bidding on a wooden plant duster/pesticide applicator. I hesitated with listing this because I have so little information on it and it appears there is very little help on the internet in identifying this piece. It came from my grandfather but that is the extent of my knowledge of the piece. I was unable to find any similar plant dusters online. So I am not sure if this tool was custom made. If it was, the craftsmanship is excellent. It is still functional, albeit a bit leaky. If you push the plunger handle it will expel powder out the end, but it leaks out the cracks where the seams are. As an antique or decoration, this is a beautiful piece. With a little cleaning to remove the duct tape residue, I'm confident you'll have a great display piece. Here is a very old cast iron spout from an antique wooden hand well pump. It measures about 7" long without the pail handle hook and has an outside diameter of 2 1/4" across with threading. A rather crude casting with the letter"J A" on it. My husband buffed off the worst of the rust. Use it to recreate this old wood pump or find a new use.

The item isnt perfect it has only about 50% of the bottom metal ring and the top ring is quite worn and some is degraded away also its quite sharp in areas so please be careful it also has areas of white glue inside and kind of glue stains to keep it together in areas so its not all original but it is a rare and authentic item it has some kind of print on it with some numbers I cant really make them out and im not sure what they relate too, I actually cut myself on the degraded metal so please be careful. perhaps protect that area if you have children, obviously dont expect perfection there abd plenty of knocks etc with age but on the whole its a lovely rare item, approx 11 inches tall and 10.5 inchs ... moreacross Jollity Goods International Post: I will post Internationally and my costs are based on Australia as it is the furthest from here so that I dont lose out on postage costs. Antique 1894 Jones Folding Metal 2-Tier Plant Stand Rack Wooden Wheels
This antique rack is maker marked on the wheels as Jones and Company. Each tier is ornately bordered with overlapping wire arches. Each rack has multiple wire rods to support planters. The frame is built with strap iron. Supported by multiple wire braces. The stand is about 28” tall at the back rack and 20” at the first tier. It is about 30” wide and the racks are 9” deep. Front to back it measures about 19” The arches are about 2 1/2” tall. The four wheels are made of wood. It is fairly evident that the rack has been painted white. And not particularly well. The paint does not look to be antique, but it was not done yesterday either. Likely not stored outside, the paint is not chipping, but does show some wear. Vintage Galvanized Garden Sprayer I believe it is an antique hand pump sprayer or was at one time. Now it is basically a piece of history like any other antique. Here ia a unique piece for your garden(or living room) This is a Early 1800's hand operated water pump. This was removed from a house in Buffalo NY that was built at the turn of the 18th century. It is an amazing example of a primitive water system. Not too many of these left. This piece just reeks of history! It appears there may be a plate on top that is missing? otherwise appears to be intact. I have only seen one other one of these wooden pumps. And it was very plain by comparison. The butter churn is in unrestored condition, and shows the wooden crank handle, wooden paddles inside the barrel, simple gears and wooden construction of a peg syaten to easily take the stand apart. The butter churn has been a decorative piece for the last 25 years that I have owned it, and I have not tried to use it.
